Russian Agitators Foment Civil Strife and Anti-Semitism in the Ukraine

A caveat before reading. We don’t know if the Russians or the Ukrainians handed out these flyers. Our best guess is that it is the Russians. The flyers were written in Russian, marked with a Russian symbol and one of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and allegedly signed by Denis Pushilin, chairman of the Donetsk interim government, were distributed in Donetsk. And they were distributed to Ukranian Jews. However, it could have been Ukrainians stirring up trouble. A reputable Russian blogger said it was the Ukrainians.

Novosti Donbassa (Donbass News) news agency on twitter posted this:

Donestsk
via Twitter

According to a report by Israel Matzov, a very reliable source, these papers were given to people near a Synagouge in Donetsk (Which is right now a self proclaimed “republic”). Basically it’s a call to Jews to come and register their religion and property at the city’s offices, (for a 50USD cash payment). It further says that failure to do so will end in property confiscation and deportation.

This is most likely being led by the Russians agitators.

The Jews in the Ukraine support the revolution and the people. Read the full story at  Israel Matzov.

Russia calls their invaders, Federalists and freedom fighters. Ria Novositi, the Russian propaganda paper says that 50 armored tanks are moving into Donetsk.

Eastern Ukraine has been swept by rallies beginning last month. Federalization supporters in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Gorlovka, Slaviansk and Kramatorsk refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the current Ukrainian government and are urging interim authorities to hold referendums similar to the one held in Crimea last month, which led to the republic’s reunification with Russia.

The rallies are orchestrated by Russia. It is what Germany did in WW II before they invaded a country. It is what Russia did prior to invading Crimea.

The United States is doing nothing. We won’t send arms and we won’t even share intel. It’s an invitation to Russia to invade.

For their part, the Ukrainian government in Kiev on Tuesday announced the start of a staged counter offensive to reclaim control of the country’s east as Russian prime minister Dmitry Medvedev warned that Ukraine was descending into civil war, which will be used as an excuse to invade. Ukrainian troops secured an airfield in Donestsk which had been overtaken by the Russians aka fake activists.

Officials in Moscow have issued a severe warning against Ukraine using force to deter what the so-called “self-defenders” are doing to allegedly protect the interests of ethnic Russians in Ukraine’s east, when in fact they are Russian agitators.

The Baltic states, which are NATO states, are very worried. We will do nothing to stop Russia if they invade them and it would greatly weaken NATO. It’s a win-win for Russia if they invade.

We should have U.S. troops stationed on the border. We should re-establish the missile defense shield.

For now, the U.S., the EU, Russia, and Ukraine have reached an agreement to tamp down tensions. Both sides agreed to resist violence and intimidation. Illegally armed groups will be disarmed and control of Ukranian buildings seized by so-called separatists will be turned back over to authorities.

President Obama will probably hold back on the meaningless sanctions he has already outlined, making Neville Chamberlain look like a war monger.

In a recent interview with CBS’ Major Garrett, President Obama said Putin’s decisions are going to hurt Russia. Even if Putin cared, it’s hard to see how it hurts Russia.

“They’re not interested in military confrontation with us; we don’t need a war,” Obama said. “What we do need is that countries like Ukraine can have relationships with their neighbors.”

“The fact that he’s willing to endanger his economy– and lose all credibility around the world the way he has is indicative of the fact that Ukrainians are unsatisfied with a relationship in which you’ve got another country trying to dictate their foreign policy and their economy.  And they want to move forward,” Obama said.

More meaningless words. The fact is that Obama sent more armaments out to Cliven Bundy’s ranch to steal his cows than he ever has to help the Ukraine. All he gives Ukraine are hollow words, if you can even make sense of them.
