The intolerance of Tolerance promulgated by the Totalitarian left is alive and well in our schools. One public school is doing away with Christmas – a legal national holiday, Thanksgiving – a legal national holiday, and Valentine’s Day – a really fun diversion from winter. Wait until you hear why.

A Minnesotal elementary school wants to include ethnically diverse students by excluding citizens and diminishing our culture. They are teaching the children how to not be Americans.

We have a new culture now – everyone else’s. What kind of country do they want to have, one where there is no cohesion whatsoever? There won’t be anything left for our military to protect.

Bruce Vento Elementary School, in St. Paul, has decided to stop celebrating Valentine’s Day along with other “dominant holidays” including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

“My personal feeling is we need to find a way to honor and engage in holidays that are inclusive of our student population,” Principal Scott Masini wrote in a letter to parents.

He’d probably like to celebrate Karl Marx’s birthday – just a guess.

The Star-Tribune reports the letter was surfaced on a private Facebook page titled, “Supporting St. Paul Students and Teachers.”

“I have come to the difficult decision to discontinue the celebration of the dominant holidays until we can come to a better understanding of how the dominant view will suppress someone else’s view,” the principal noted.

The staff allegedly agree with his anti-American decision because US holidays are seen as “threatening the culture of tolerance and respect for all.”

Obviously, everything in our culture is a threat to them.

Saint Paul Public Schools released a statement to the Star-Tribune that certainly defended the principal’s ban on US culture.

“Because Saint Paul Public Schools is a diverse district that is filled with families from around the world we strive to respect all cultures and all students,” they wrote. “We recognize that not every student celebrates or participates in some or all holidays. We have a board policy that discourages programs and festivities that celebrate observances unless they are required by law.”

Hello, St. Paul, this isn’t Somalia, assimilate!!!

There is a strong movement on the left to not have immigrants assimilate. They want us to welcome by accommodating.

If you rid the US of holidays, you go a long way to destroy the culture. What’s next? Let’s get rid of baseball, hockey, football and rock concerts because Somalis don’t like any of that.

  1. Preparing the next generation through indoctrination to dismissing our traditional heritage and promote worldliness and human viewpoint. From Discover The Networks–““But the Receiving Communities will then soon morph into what was established [as] an Emerging Immigrant Community. And to do that, what they said was we need to start looking at the immigrant as a seedling. And for the seedling to grow, the seedling needs to be in fertile soil…. [E]ventually the seedlings will take over the host. And the immigrants will come out of the shadows, and what I got from the meetings was they would be pushing the citizens into the shadows. They would be taking over the country. In fact one of the members of the Task Force actually said that we would be developing a country within a country.”
