“The name of a human source” are the words that should stir Hillary Clinton to hire a criminal attorney. Chances are she does have one.

It has come to light that she appears to have endangered, not only national security, but the life of at least one CIA source. In addition and also of interest, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is also a former US Attorney, has named the felonies and misdemeanors Hillary Clinton has allegedly committed and he can name them.

Hillary continuously sent emails to Sidney Blumenthal who did not have security clearance and who did not have a secure server. The last batch of emails show that emails released included the name of a CIA source. She put his life in danger.

“This information, the name of a human source, is some of the most protected information in our intelligence community, the release of which could jeopardize not only national security but also human lives,” Trey Gowdy wrote to Elijah Cummings.

Apparently, there are 13 to 15 crimes she could be charged with from the appearance of things. Giuliani doesn’t know how the FBI can ignore the case – it’s “strong”. Obviously there has to be a trial before anyone can say if she is guilty or not, and these accusations have to be proven or disproven. They are mostly allegations at this point, but they are not all just accusations.

Giuliani said that what Hillary is accused of are “serious criminal violations” which range from misdemeanors to felonies. The number is now up to about 15.

She took  “classified, confidential information” and used it in a “negligent manner.” That’s a misdemeanor that could earn 2 years in prison.

She was “clearly guilty of putting classified information out and giving it to people who weren’t entitled to it, that’s a felony under Federal law, Guiliani said.

She “violated wire fraud statutes, mail fraud statutes, is guilty of obstruction of justice by destroying the emails,” he added, indicating there are so many it would be “absurd” for the FBI to not react.

Most aren’t confident Barack Obama will allow the FBI to do their job in the end. If he feels the 2016 election can be won by another Democrat, he will probably go support the FBI investigation.

Giuliani said some of the evidence would be very powerful at trial. There are hundreds and hundreds of emails that were not personal in nature and she lied about that. She destroyed evidence – a serious predictor of guilt.

Hillary has been “completely, grossly negligent” with U.S. national security, Giuliani said.

That doesn’t appear to need proof, it’s obvious.

The FBI has admitted that there were numerous attempts to hack her. Were any successful? They could have been hacking her phone and iPad, reading her emails in real time for all we know.
