The David Brock online rag Media Matters is coming for Sean Hannity and has launched a new campaign to go after his advertisers. This is their second attempt and they won’t stop until they succeed.
Brock started the war on Fox and on the right. He’s funded by George Soros.
The lead article on their rag links to a petition that invites people to join the fight to “Stop Hannity”. It begins by claiming that companies sponsoring the show are supporting the Trump agenda.
The petition reads:
Sean Hannity has a long record of right-wing chicanery, lies, and vitriol. But he has morphed into something more dangerous than just a partisan hack — he’s been exposed as a full-blown propagandist who conspires with the Trump administration to spread fabricated stories, smear detractors, and undercut the rule of law.
21st Century Fox (Fox News’ parent company) won’t hold him accountable. So, there are two options: 1) Do nothing; or 2) Take action to hold Hannity accountable.
Spreading misinformation is Hannity’s business model, and now he’s doing it on behalf of the Trump administration. His propagandizing has become so odious that he was condemned by some of his coworkers, who reportedly told The Daily Beast that the host was “’embarrassing’ the network” and that “some people need to be fired.”

It’s past time for Hannity to go. If Fox won’t fire Hannity, then advertisers should run as fast as they can, or else they run the risk of being complicit in his deceit and recklessness. Advertisers will get burned if they continue to associate with Hannity — plain and simple.

Sean Hannity is a strong advocate of Donald Trump’s and devotes part of his show each evening to supporting the Trump agenda.
His show is enjoying the highest ratings of the Fox evening shows at a time when Fox is falling behind MSNBC Trump haters Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O’Donnell.
Every article on Media Matters is dedicated to attacking Eric Bolling, who Fox just suspended, or to attacking Hannity.
Media Matters is the group that boasted to the NY Times that they took down Bill O’Reilly. O’Reilly told his podcast audience on Thursday that he will release details about who attacked him and why in the next few weeks. His lawyers are preparing a lawsuit.
Media Matters is also tweeting constant attacks on Fox and primarily against Hannity.
