State Department Can’t Keep Up With All the Secret Information in Hillary’s Emails

The State Department said there is so much potentially secret information in Hillary Clinton’s emails as Secretary of State that they can’t keep up.

That’s the reason they gave a federal judge for violating his orders.

John F. Hackett, the top open records officer for State, said they have to give the emails to intelligence officers to be certain they weren’t giving out secrets.

Instead of releasing 15% of her emails at this point, they released 12%.

Hillary Clinton continues to claim she didn’t knowingly send out secret information. Even if that were true, she isn’t smart enough to be president.

When Clinton sent out the emails she should have known they were classified, marked as such or not. Information in the emails came from five U.S. intelligence agencies and included material related to the fatal 2012 Benghazi attacks.

One Benghazi email made public contained information from the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, a spy agency that maps and tracks satellite imagery.

The other four classified emails contained information from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the CIA.

State now has to redact the secret information. These records also should have been stored on the State Department server and her emails should have gone through the government’s server.

A lawyer for a top aide to Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills, sent a letter to the U.S. State Department which was filed with U.S. federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, in which he wrote: “Ms. Mills does not believe that she has paper copies of potential records in her possession. Following our production on August 10, 2015 [of the defense counsel’s version of the electronic records], we have instructed her to delete any and all electronic records in her possession.”

On Friday, Judge Sullivan entered an order in response to Judicial Watch’s emergency filing. He instructed the State Department to advise Ms. Clinton, Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills not to destroy any emails. Neither Ms. Abedin nor Ms. Mills provided a certification under penalty of perjury as the judge had requested in his order a week ago.

Hillary Clinton doesn’t care about the law and up until now, she has gotten away with it.

Maybe Hillary and her aides will one day laugh their way to Sing Sing instead of the White House.

  1. In all that I’ve read and heard in regards to killiary destroying emails, I haven’t heard it mentioned that this is not the first time she has destroyed potential evidence. I believe it was during the time of Cattlegate, or was it Whitewater, or Vince Foster, or Ron Brown, maybe all of them that she employed a shredder.
