The state of Washington has gone to UCLA, home to many drugged-out moonbats, to find a pot expert who will advise the state on pot laws.
Botec Analysis is a Massachusetts firm led by a UCLA Professor Mark Kleiman and he will serve as a consultant to the state as they establish their new pot freedoms and the taxes that will ensue.
President Obama will allow the legalization of pot, which is a proven gateway drug. The drug will only be legal for youths 21 years and older just like it is for liquor.
The government certainly needs more money to spend and waste. Pot heads will be a fluid source of income for them, especially after they become addicted.
