Supreme Court Strikes Down Buffer Zone Around Abortion Clinics

The Supreme Court of the United States struck down a 35-foot buffer zone erected around abortion clinics in Massachusetts because of its obvious infringement on free speech.

The McCullen v. Coakley decision is the most significant abortion-related ruling to come out of the court since its 2007 decision upholding a ban on certain late-term abortions.

Did anyone really think it is okay to limit pro-lifers but not unions for example?
