Obama embed John Koskinen, who mocked the right-wing, is still at the helm of the IRS. He’s running it as if Hussein Obama was still President. His IRS is currently ignoring an Appeals Court ruling that found illegal aliens do not qualify for tax credits.
The Koskinen-Obama IRS is still paying them out. This is taxation without representation.

…These child tax credits are being provided by the IRS to illegal aliens notwithstanding that the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act of 1996 (PRWOA) long ago provided that an illegal alien “is not eligible for any Federal public benefit.
An Appeals Court again found that aliens do not qualify for the tax credit but the IRS continues to pay it out. There has been no explanation from Koskinen.
He was supposed to be impeached
The House voted to impeach Koskinen last year and then slinked off without following through. Their next move in March of this year was to throw it back to Donald Trump and ask him to fire him.

In the meantime, more than 80 nominees are waiting for hearings. Democrats under Chucky Schumer have done everything in their power to prevent the Trump administration from getting anything done. Seven months into the administration, Democrats are not participating in government in any way.
