What does the Bannon firing by the White House mean to those who voted for Trump, hoping to see his campaign positions actually carried out? As the president’s Chief Strategist, Bannon was unquestionably the man who taught the president how to at least act like a conservative. It remains to be seen if President Trump will retain and implement what he’s learned.
Muslim Migration destroyed Europe and now threatens America
Trump announced his most critically important campaign promise in his inaugural speech: to “unite the civilized world against radical Islamic terrorism, which we will eradicate from the face of the Earth.” This threat is of prime importance, not only because of terrorism itself, but because Islam holds the potential to ultimately destroy America through the Hijra, Mohammed’s command to all Muslims to conquer the world through migration. As Ann Corcoran pointed out in her monograph on the Hijra:
According to Islam’s doctrines and its quietly acknowledged organizational strategies, the goal of migration today is not peaceful assimilation to the political system and mores of the host country. Instead, the goal is jihad by non-violent means—known as civilization jihad or Islamization.
The biggest sources of Muslim migration to the United States include the Refugee Resettlement/Asylum Program, as well as many other channels for legal and illegal immigration.
Appointment of HR McMaster as National Security Advisor Dooms War on Terror
Though Mr. Trump has vowed to reform the programs Ms. Corcoran cited, it’s not at all certain the president sees the larger threat. And no one in his circle is likely to tell him, now.
As for his promise to eradicate radical Islamic terrorism, he’s gone in the opposite direction by replacing National Security Advisor Flynn—who viewed Islam as a “cancer in the bodies of 1.7 billion people on this planet [that] has to be excised”—with H.R. McMaster, who refuses to utter the words “radical Islamic terrorism” and has said, “The Islamic State is not Islamic.”

This misstep has altered the White House perception of the enemy, from Flynn’s view that the West and Islam are locked in a must-win clash of civilizations, to McMaster’s—and Obama’s—view that we are struggling only against “terrorist organizations…who cynically use a perverted interpretation of religion to incite hatred and justify horrific against innocents.”
In an article that includes the quotes above, Gatestone Institute reports that McMaster’s views also contradict Steve Bannon’s, who “has long warned that the Judeo-Christian West is in a civilizational conflict with Islam.” It also says that “Islamic scripture clearly states that true Muslims are duty-bound to wage jihad on non-Muslims until the entire world is brought under the submission of Islam and Sharia law.”
This strategic reversal puts us on the same failed trajectory we followed for eight years under Obama. During his term, the FBI purged its training manuals of Islam-linked terms, ISIS was born and expanded, terror spread throughout Europe, and sprung up in America as well. The Obama terror policy of apologetic apathy is precisely what Trump was elected to end.
McMaster fires National Security Council conservatives , hires Obamanites
The NSC is critically important in the War on Terror. But since McMaster took over, he has ushered a long string of conservatives out of the National Security Council [see here and here] and ushered in people like Kris Baumann, the NSC’s new point man on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Bauman believes we need only get tougher on Israel, to achieve Middle East peace. He also believes we should negotiate with Hamas.

Radical Malley welcomed at NSC; Ayaan Hirsi Ali banned
Most shocking of all, it’s reported that McMaster allows the notorious Robert Malley to attend NSC meetings. Even Obama expelled Malley from his 2008 campaign when it was revealed he had met with Hamas contacts, while working for the Soros-funded International Crisis Group. He returned in 2014 as the senior director at Obama’s NSC, for US policy in the Middle East, said CounterJihadReport.com
Malley has a long history of pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel bias, according to Discover the Networks, which revealed that he wrote a string of opinion pieces (some co-authored by former Arafat advisor, Hussein Agha) absolving Arafat of blame for the failure of the Camp David Accords, assigning it instead to Israel.
Malley thus agrees with the Trump state department’s current Country Report on Terrorism, which wrongly blames Israel for Palestinian terrorism against Israeli civilians.
Jihad Watch reported that Ayaan Hirsi Ali was scheduled to give a talk before the NSC, but was barred by recently appointed Senior Director of Counter-Terrorism, Mustafa Javed Ali [no relation].
“Asked why she was censored, a source reported, “Mustafa Javed Ali said she was Islamophobic, and that the only way she could present her paper would be to have someone from CAIR come in to refute her work.” This report was via Pamela Geller, originating with journalist Micke Cernovich, who reportedly retains a source within the NSC, after the McMaster purge.
It’s difficult to see how the president can tolerate McMaster in the all-important NSC post, a man who apparently disagrees with all Trump’s campaign rhetoric about Islam. Trump certainly has little tolerance for those who disagree with him, so we can draw only two conclusions: either he agrees with McMaster or he has no fixed beliefs and simply goes by the advice of whoever’s whispering in his ear.
With the departure of Steve Bannon, we face the prospect of Trump assuming the positions of his predecessor on our most ominous peril: Radical Islam, or more properly, The Global Jihad Movement. He’s assumed some already. Gone is the promise to move our embassy to Jerusalem.
Gone, too is the promise to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a foreign terror organization. Not long after McMaster came aboard, Trump gave up on designating the Brotherhood, amid “heated debate inside the administration,” said the Washington Times, reporting that a memo from the State Department nixed the idea.
On August 10th, before Bannon’s departure, Ayaan Hirsi Ali charged in a Wall Street Journal op-ed that “with regard to radical Islam, he simply seems to have lost interest.” She cited a few of his promises in that area that are yet to materialize:
“Mr. Trump … promised, as part of his immigration policy, to put in place an ‘extreme vetting’ system that screens for Islamic radicalism. He vowed to work with genuine Muslim reformers and concluded with the promise that one of his first acts as president would be ‘to establish a commission on radical Islam.’”
Extreme vetting has not yet come about, but the time limits in Trump’s second immigration executive order still have a long time to run; it was cleared by the SCOTUS, with respect to vetting methods, on June 27th.
Ms. Ali’s also right about the commission: in his position on “Foreign Policy and Defeating ISIS,” during the campaign Trump said he would:
“Establish a Commission on Radical Islam to identify and explain to the American public the core convictions and beliefs of Radical Islam, to identify the warning signs of radicalization, and to expose the networks in our society that support radicalization.”
It would be a transformative upgrade of our security posture if such a commission actually explained the core beliefs of Radical Islam and exposed the radicalization networks. That would reveal the Muslim Brotherhood’s role in Islamizing America and infiltrating our government. It would also expose its front groups.
Sadly, the Radical Islam Commission is nowhere in sight. He also has not “worked with genuine Muslim reformers.” A good choice would have been Ms. Ali, herself.
Proof positive that the president has lost his way on Islam is his expectation that Saudi Arabia, of all nations, would help him fight terror. Ms. Ali writes:
“President Obama’s former representative to Muslim communities, Farah Pandith, who visited 80 countries between 2009 and 2014, wrote in 2015: ‘In each place I visited, the Wahhabi influence was an insidious presence . . . Funding all this was Saudi money, which paid for things like the textbooks, mosques, TV stations, and the training of Imams.’”
Cairo-based American writer, Cheri Berens reports similar radicalization in American mosques.
So much for the hope that Trump will be different from previous presidents, in dealing with the Islamic threat—particularly Muslim migration, which is destroying Europe and continues at the same rate in America, as before.
On Friday, The Federalist reported that “national security expert and counterterrorism expert Sebastian Gorka resigned. In his resignation letter, he wrote: “[G]iven recent events, it is clear to me that forces that do not support the MAGA promise are—for now—ascendant within the White House,” adding: “Regrettably, outside of yourself, the individuals who most embodied and represented the policies that will ‘Make America Great Again,’ have been internally countered, systematically removed, or undermined in recent months.” Gorka was the last in Trump’s circle who rightly understood Islam. Both Gorka and John Bolton, for good measure, have been barred from the White House.
Thus, we now have a president who has no experience in politics and foreign policy, who must rely for advice upon people who served under Obama and who agree with Obama policies. It therefore seems likely that the president’s Islam policy will continue turning leftward—unless the American people, particularly Trump supporters make themselves heard now.
