The Huntingtonian: The Fearless Local Paper

0

I never thought I’d use the word “courageous” when referring to a local paper but it applies to The Huntingtonian. If it only applied to our national media.

The local news is covered thoroughly at The Huntingtonian but there is something very different about the paper. They do what the national media used to do – they look out for the folks and they give the folks a voice .

They don’t spare anyone nor do they back down to those in power – the people come first. They cover the latest news, events, restaurants, politics et al both online and in print.

The Huntingtonian takes us back to a time when the media were watchdogs. In that it’s novel.

Their quote of the week was from Thomas Alva Edison, “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”

The Huntingtonian is aiming to succeed as a free press one more time.
