Reports out of Los Cabos say three men were shot and killed, two others were injured on Playa Palmilla beach in Los Cabos Sunday. Witnesses say they heard shots in rapid succession from what appeared to be machine guns.
A video uploaded to youtube shows men recording video where sounds of the shooting were heard.
Mr. Quinonez, who uploaded the video, said three are dead and two injured. It was a shooting by hit men, he wrote on his Facebook post.

According to police, there has been an uprising of activity from drug cartels in the area.
In early June, fourteen bodies of eleven men and three women were found in a mass grave near the tourist resort of San Jose del Cabo, Reuters reported.
There are battles between gangs, one a new gang attempting to take over.

Two blocks from Cabo San Lucas, two severed heads turned up in a cooler in mid-June.
Mass graves, some with hundreds of bodies, have been discovered around Mexico in the states that have been hardest hit by drug violence, such as Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Morelos and Guerrero. Los Cabos used to be immune.
Some 30,000 people have disappeared in Mexico since drug violence increased sharply around 2007. More than 150,000 have been killed since then, when former president Felipe Calderon sent the army out to battle drug gangs, according to Reuters.
Keep those borders open and criminal aliens in the U.S. and you will soon see this here. Don’t think the opioid crisis isn’t related to the drug cartels.
