Traveling the Globe This Week Are Three Big LIES About Trump

The GOP is desperate to get rid of Trump which will undoubtedly endear Trump to the majority of GOP voters but the GOP establishment doesn’t seem to realize that nor do they realize how transparent they and the media are.

If these people want us to believe them, they have to stop lying and exaggerating.

The first is an obvious and blatant lie traveling around the world about his alleged rude dismissal of Chris Christie.

christie on Trump plane

You heard about it no doubt. Trump was caught on a hot mic giving Christie the “cold shoulder”, telling his endorser Christie to get “off the stage”, get “on the plane” and “get out of here”. ABC put it up, the Daily Mail, Inquisitor, Detroit News, Politico, The Weekly Standard, The Independent, The Daily News, TPM, the hill, and others. Greg Gutfeld and his crew made fun of Trump’s “rudeness” last night.

What does it sound like to you as you hear the abridged version?

Notice how he’s giving Christie his jet to go home in? He didn’t give him a train or a bus schedule. He gave him his private jet. Trump was telling him to go home and be with his family as planned. Christie’s response to Trump was “got it” which the Daily Mail omitted. He also said, “he’s the right guy.”

Then there is this version in which he thanks him and says he’s the one endorsement he really wanted:

Various outlets said Christie doesn’t like him as much anymore because he said on Sunday that Trump has to explain his policies better. Duh? So?

When Trump talks about suing the media, this is the kind of garbage he’s talking about. The media is corrupt.

Next up is the Mussolini quote.

Gawker has been tweeting from a fake Donald Trump site and what they’ve been tweeting are Mussolini quotes. Trump retweeted one and everyone is using it as proof that he’s a Fascist or Proto-Fascist. The quote is, ““It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep.”

It happens to be an old proverb reused by Mussolini.

If I quote Jesus, am I plagiarizing, if I quote any quote once used by an evil person, am I evil?

It’s not exactly a Fascist quote, only an old Roman proverb a dictator used, only the Romans used the word “lamb”. How does tricking him prove anything?

This is what Trump had to say.

On Friday, Trump was accused of not rejecting David Duke and the KKK. This too is pretty much a no-never-mind. No one believes Trump supports the KKK or the anti-Semitic David Duke.

David Duke may or may not have been a Grand Wizard in the KKK but he has long been out of that group. He didn’t actually endorse Trump. He said this:

“I’m not saying I endorse everything about Trump. In fact, I haven’t formally endorsed him. But I do support his candidacy, and I support voting for him as a strategic action. I hope he does everything we hope he will do.”

Trump disavowed him on Friday but was again asked about it on Sunday by Jake Tapper. Trump said he had a “faulty earpiece” and couldn’t make out what Tapper was saying.

“I’m sitting in a house in Florida, with a very bad earpiece that they gave me, and you could hardly hear what he was saying,” said Trump. “What I heard was ‘various groups.’ And I don’t mind disavowing anybody, and I disavowed David Duke.”

He had already rejected any endorsement from Duke two days before. Why doesn’t Jake ask Hillary and Bernie about their Communist Party USA endorsements.

Glenn Beck hates Trump, prays for Cruz to win and I’m very supportive of Cruz myself. Beck thought he had Trump in a lie when he found a video of him telling Matt Lauer in 2000 that he disavows Duke. He quickly posted it.

Jennifer Rubin, WaPo’s so-called conservative blogger, tweeted, “Christie is now an errand boy for a white supremacist”.

Trump disavowed Duke over and over for years. He didn’t know the group they were talking about and it was a Sunday show – you have to be very careful of soundbites on the Sunday show. I’m not sure I’m buying the bad earpiece excuse but I am buying he didn’t know exactly what group he was talking about and doesn’t want to lose supporters.

You make the call but remember, Trump didn’t really hear Tapper if you believe Trump.
