Tucker Carlson took over know-it-all Bill Nye the mechanical engineer on Monday’s show. He has to be the most arrogant, insufferably obnoxious non-science science guy the left has yet produced outside of Barack Obama.

The Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) posted a video to YouTube in April featuring leftist Bill Nye “The Science Guy” suggesting that “climate deniers” and energy CEOs should be treated no differently from war criminals.

Nye is also a redistributionist. He ha some fascist-like qualities.

No US scientists refute this. It’s settled science. Only those with vested interests or ties to big oil keep sowing doubt. Scientists from every other advanced nation laugh at the US obvious attempts to create a question over the science. It’s big Tabbacco all over again.

I have been a professional meteorologist for 36yrs. Since my debut on TV in 1979, I have been an eyewitness to the many changes in technology, society, and how we communicate. I am one who embraces change, and celebrates the higher quality of life we enjoy now thanks to this progress.

But, at the same time, I realize the instant communication platforms we enjoy now do have some negatives that are troubling. People say things like, “This heat spell is no doubt a sign Global Warming,” or, “This unusually cold weather is due to Climate Change.” Get it? If it’s too hot, too cold, too dry, or too rainy, it’s all Climate Change, right?

No doubt national news media outlets are out of control when it comes to weather coverage, and their idiotic claims find their way to us on a daily basis.

The entire climate change situation has become politicized, which I hate. Those on the right, and those on the left hang out in “echo chambers”, listening to those with similar world views refusing to believe anything else could be true.

Everyone knows the climate is changing; it always has, and always will. I do not know of a single “climate denier.” I am still waiting to meet one. The debate involves the mankind’s impact. Their are those who claim it’s “settled science,” or that “all scientists agree,” while I know of many scientists who do not agree that it’s “settled.”

I do encourage you to listen to the opposing point of view in the climate debate, but be sure the person you hear admits they can be wrong, and has no financial interest in the issue. Unfortunately, those kind of qualified people are very hard to find these days. It is also hard to find people that discuss climate without using the words “neocon” and “libtard”. I honestly can’t stand politics; it is tearing this nation apart.

Back to my point… many professional meteorologists feel like we are fighting a losing battle when it comes to national media and social media hype and disinformation. They will be sure to let you know that weather events they are reporting on are “unprecedented”, there are “millions and millions in the path”, it is caused by a “monster storm”, and “the worst is yet to come” since these events are becoming more “frequent”.

You will never hear about the low tornado count in recent years, the lack of major hurricane landfalls on U.S. coasts over the past 10 years, or the low number of wildfires this year. It doesn’t fit their narrative. But, never let facts get in the way of a good story…. there will ALWAYS be an unprecedented heat wave, a flood, wildfire, tornado rampage, tyhpoon, cold wave, earthquake, hurricane, or a snow storm of historic proportions somewhere. And, trust me, they will report them on their newscasts morning, noon and night, as though Armageddon is upon us.

I think Joe has to be joking since his first sentence is false.

There are many scientists that refute global warming, man made climate change. I find it interesting that Tucker did not bring up any statistics from them. Also, the simplest question on settles science is back in the 1970’s , scientists said we were going into a global cooling stage. Tucker is slipping.

I’ve heard many a person praise Carlson on a number of occasions but I have a different take. To me, this is another case of a missed opportunity. I get the impression he is trying to catch a person off-guard by taking a different and unique perspective. As in this case it actually backfired. Nye actually did give him an answer even though it wasn’t in a criteria of scientific analysis. When Carlson belabors the same point it gives the opposition time to circumvent any meaningful counter arguments. My disappointment is the look from Carlson as if he’s utterly lost in forming a rebuttal and then has to resort to repeating the same question. This has been my impression on a number of occasions now. This is one subject where there are multiple angles to go with.
I would consider any time this “science guy” is invited it should be introduced as “I know you are not a ‘climate scientist’ but…” That statement can then be used to enforce the fact that many who subscribe to the same theories are Also NOT climate scientists. THIS particular episode was troubling in the fact there were quite a number of “Real climate scientists” who recently made news in this regard.
The only commendation I would give Carlson is his persistence. His substance just needs to improve.

Hey, at least Bill Nye is honest enough to admit it’s all about HIM, not our children’s future when he says, “This extreme doubt about climate change is affecting MY quality of life..”

BUT THE OTHER LEFTEROIDS REPEATEDLY TELL US WE ARE DESTROYING OUR CHILDREN’S FUTURE BY CAUSING GLOBAL WARMING & YET THIS QUESTION GOES UNASKED:

If our kid’s future means so much, how do they justify robbing future generations by spending us into $20T in debt? In Reagan’s day our debt was 30% of our GDP. Today, our debt is at 104%, PROVING it’s not about our kids’ future, it’s just a wealth redistribution scam!

The Manchurian Candidate nearly doubled US debt during his term & what do we have to show for it?
Each of these areas has worsened:
1. Poverty
2. Education
3. Health Care
4. Cybersecurity
5. Race Relations
6. Foreign Relations
7. Global Terrorist Threat
8. U.S. Workforce Participation
9. Trust in Government and Media

The 4 Tenets of Climate Religion:
1) Global Warming
2) It’s due to mankind
3) It’s going to be catastrophic
4) The US can do something about it.

The hoax has greatly improved his quality of life, he has become rich over it.
