UN Has Another Potential Global Governance Agency

The UN’s desertification body is ready to form into a global governance agency over “denuded land” and this is only the beginning.

The Convention to Combat Desertification and the Forest Principles Consensus came out of the 1992 Agenda 21 Summit in Rio.

It will be used to form a global government agency that acquires funding from the U.S. and other nations, in other words – global taxes.

The carbon pricing panel won’t be ready to launch their revolutionary ideas in time for this year’s summit but the desertification plan will be.

UN’s desertification body are ready to agree to target “land degradation neutrality” at the close of an Ankara summit on Friday and to present their agreement at the Summit.

Representatives from 195 nations have committed to it.

The project will restore denuded land and soil to allegedly improve the carbon storage capacity of land over the entire earth, allegedly reducing global warming by 0.5C by 2100.

You can see the many avenues these agendas can take for sovereign nations.

The regulations that could come out of this could threaten oil and gas, tax Americans and corporations, and will put a global authority in charge of land desertification. Will land grabs be part of this?

The UN wants $2 billion a year to fund the target and has donations of $8 million so far. Who will pay the most do you think and how long before they need $30 billion or more?

There is no definition of what qualifies as degraded land as yet.

The world planners at the UN are defining biodiversity in ways that justify empowering governments to run roughshod over virtually everything.

land in hand

Nine cardinals, patriarchs and bishops representing the Catholic Church across five continents signed a document presented at the Vatican on Monday listing a 10-point policy proposal calling for “a fair, legally binding and truly transformational climate agreement.”

Clearly this would make it a treaty but Obama clearly does NOT have the intention to pass it by Congress. He will call it an agreement.

The churchmen asked delegates to the conference to “strongly limit” global temperature increase and set a goal for complete de-carbonization by mid-century.

Mid-century?

They also pushed for “climate compatible” lifestyles and said the people most vulnerable to the impacts of global warming must be included in the decision-making process.

The Pope has already spoken against air conditioning as one way to change a lifestyle. We have enviro-terrorists demanding people give up meat-eating for the cause.

The churchmen’s documents sounds a lot like Agenda 21 which stated the following:

AGENDA 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented by every person on Earth…. It calls for specific changes in the activities of all people….Effective execution of AGENDA 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced — a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level.

The tyrannical implications are profound.

Biodiversity and sustainable development are now out of the shadows and are ready to take center stage, whatever it takes.

In order to establish global governance, the UN has to be built up as the vehicle for it and it needs money. The US has money and now has a president and a Democrat Party that are fully on board. Agenda 21 can no longer be considered a conspiracy and the basis for it is an extremist definition of global warming by mini-Al Gores who rely on computer-generated prognostications.
