The GOP are divided and it’s not just establishment against renegades. The voters are all over the place and no one is pulling them together. People are entrenched and won’t vote for this one or that which is something you will not see on the Democrat side.

Romney’s speech today is intended to pull people together but it might do the opposite.

We must keep the Marxist-wannabe Hillary Clinton out of the White House. This is the most important election of our time and choosing Hillary is choosing the path to statism. Call it what you want – socialism, communism, a monarchy – it doesn’t matter. Once it’s in, you will never extricate the USA from it. Once people have power and freebies, it’s all over.

A case in point happened just today.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts rejected a plea Thursday to block a contentious air pollution rule for power plants, in a big victory for the Obama administration.

Just last year, Roberts came down with an order ruling that the EPA’s mercury and air toxic standards is illegal but now he won’t block it.

Add new leftist justices and you will soon have the EPA telling you what to do in your home and what your cars will be equipped with and even under what conditions you can drive a car. Don’t underestimate how bleak the future will be when you have an all-powerful executive.

Last month, twenty states asked the court to live up to its ruling and block the EPA who are moving ahead with their illegal rule.

“Unless this court stays or enjoins further operation of the Mercury and Air Toxics rule, this court’s recent decision in Michigan v. EPA will be thwarted,” the states wrote in a Feb. 23 filing with the court.

“A stay or injunction is appropriate because this court has already held that the finding on which the rule rests in unlawful and beyond EPA’s statutory authority.”

The EPA is claiming they are fixing the problem but what they are doing is reworking their phony cost-benefit analysis to show no states will be harmed irreparably by the rule. The court did not overturn the rule last year, only ordered the EPA to come up with this analysis.

“The requested stay would harm the public interest by undermining reliance interests and the public health and environmental benefits associated with the rule,” the government said. “The application lacks merit and should be denied.”

Roberts quickly acted on the side of Obama and the communist-like EPA is very “happy” with the decision as are the radical environmental groups.

The government knows that once it’s entrenched it won’t matter.
