Barack Obama’s war on white Christians is very timely. Pew Research Center’s Religious Landscape survey tells us that they are in the minority for the first time in this nation’s history.
According to the latest results from the Pew study published Monday, just 46% of American adults are white Christians, down from 55% in 2007.
Barack Obama has helped the change along with his promotion of massive illegal immigration.
Even better for Barack, while 69% of white Christians identify or lean towards the GOP and 31% are Democrats, nonwhite Christians lean or identify 32% Democrat and only 13% do the same with Republicans.
The good news in this for the GOP is that it leaves a large percentage of nonwhite Christians undecided and who can be convinced the GOP has the right message.
The survey also stated that the GOP is reliant on this new minority:
According to the data presented, in 2007, 88 percent of white Republicans and 70 percent of white Democrats identified as Christian, an 18-point disparity. By 2014, 84 percent of white Republicans identified as Christian, but the share of white Democrats identifying as Christian fell by 13 points, to 57 percent, a 27-point gap.
Christians are losing their faith and becoming more secular and secularism, especially, aligns well with the far-left Democrat-Socialist ideology.
The 2014 Study is based on telephone interviews and they surveyed more than 35,000 Americans in all 50 states. They don’t say if they called land lines and cell phones.
It’s a dramatic change because the nation was founded on Christian principles. Race shouldn’t matter and when nonwhite Christians are taken into account, when we don’t have a president dividing us along racial lines, we might be able to bridge that gap. Many of the nonwhite Christians are Hispanic which is why Obama and the Democrats are working so hard to turn illegal immigrants into permanent Democrat voters even though their values fit better overall with the Republican party.
The GOP has to get out and start convincing them they have a better message, one that aligns with the very reasons they came to the United States – hopefully that’s for freedom, upholding the law of the land, and prosperity. For most who come, that is true. If they don’t bring in some of these new voters, as white Christians fade away, so will the GOP.
Maybe, white Christians, as a minority, will be able to get some laws passed to protect them from people like Barack Obama who is blaming them for the Crusades and everything else that has gone wrong in this country and beyond.
This is the breakdown by religion:
Online leftist magazines and papers are barely containing their glee. They want a permanent Democrat-Socialist majority with a country predominantly voting Democrat. In the past, white Christians have shaped the political and economic fabric of the nation and that has always been towards the Founding Principles.
