The NY Post reports that Israeli Rotem Guez violated Facebook’s terms of service.
Guez sells advertisers “Likes” for their Facebook page from his Facebook Like Store. His Like Store promises to give companies a boost in traffic by offering Facebook users free content only if they Like a given company’s Page.
Guez admits he is violating the terms of service agreement but wants to dodge the upcoming Facebook lawsuit so he legally changed his name to Mark Zuckerberg, the name of the Facebook founder.
“If you want to sue me, you’re going to have to sue Mark Zuckerberg,” said Guez, who is betting that Facebook won’t want to attract publicity from suing somebody with the same name of the company’s founder.
