Wyoming House Advances Doomsday Bill

Is this strange or smart? You decide but I know what state I am going to flee to if a crisis hits the United States. I’ll have to buy warmer clothes but I do love nature and horses so I could deal with Wyoming.

Wyoming has a good economy and their state finances are sound and they want to keep it that way. Their House just advanced a bill, HB 85, which looks at possible doomsday scenarios and reactions in the event that the nation’s economy collapses. They are not anticipating anything in the near future but want to be prepared. It’s a proactive analysis not a prediction.

Their bill looks at ways to establish their own currency, implement its own military draft, raise a standing army, and acquire strike aircraft and an aircraft carrier.

With the debt over $15 trillion and violent protests around the country, the bill’s sponsor, state Rep. David Miller, R-Riverton, would like to be prepared if an emergency hits the United States.
