The so-called top law enforcement agent in our nation will do everything in his power to circumvent the decision of our 3rd branch of government. The Biden Attorney General made that clear in the statement he issued after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
Merrick Garland falsely claims in his statement that the Supreme Court of the United States “has eliminated an established right that has been an established component of women’s liberty for half a century – a right that has safeguarded women’s ability to participate fully and equally in society.”
Just as an aside here, abortion is not in the Constitution as a right and it never belonged in it. It is a state’s rights issue.
He “strongly disagrees” and feels it strikes a “devastating blow to reproductive freedom.” However, he admits the states can keep abortion “within their borders.”
Garland wants the government to pay for transit for those people who have to travel to abort/kill their unborn babies.
Everyone is allowed to protest “peacefully”, he emphasized.
We would love to know his definition of “peacefully”. He did allow radical communists and anarchists to threaten the lives of Justices outside their homes — illegally. He added that the Justice Department will not tolerate “violence or threats of violence.”
“The Justice Department will work tirelessly to protect and advance reproductive freedom,” he wrote in his statement.
HERE’S WHERE IT GETS DICEY
He supports “efforts by Congress to codify Americans’ reproductive rights” and other legislative efforts to ensure access to comprehensive reproductive services.” He is suggesting that Congress pass a national law circumventing the Supreme Court.
“And we stand ready to work with other arms of the federal government that seek to use their lawful authorities to protect and preserve access to reproductive care”, he said, referencing abortifacients.
Garland also insists federal agencies can “continue to provide reproductive health services to the extent authorized by federal law. And federal employees who carry out their duties by providing such services must be allowed to do so free from the threat of liability. It is the Department’s longstanding position that Stats generally may not impose criminal or civil liability on federal employees who perform their duties in a manner authorized by federal law.”
He goes on the say it does not “violate the Assimilative Crimes Act”.
Is this how he will circumvent the Court? They can begin to allow abortions in federal buildings or military bases in any and every state they choose.
The Left will not abide by the rule of law. They will find ways around it to destroy any laws they don’t like.

It would appear that Mr. Garland is openly and by his own admission in Contempt of the USSC. He is in violation of his sworn “Oath of Office” and likely a plethora of other violations/felonies associated with being an “Officer of the Court” … sedition also comes to mind.
It is a most curious idea that the USSC could charge him, for starters, of engaging of “Contempt of Court” against the USSC and be arrested. Maybe by the U.S. Marshalls.
It seems a wild notion, but surely the USSC has some sort of “teeth” as would any other court in the United States.

Garland could and should be impeached. The trick is to find anyone in our present congress with the cahoes to do it. All but a handful are simply democommie party lackeys doing the bidding the the global cartel.
Garlands primary job is to ensure duly enacted laws by congress are “Fairly” enforced by those assigned to the Justice dept. Most agency’s noted by everyone here are mostly unconstitutional anyway. Or socit=ety has been so brainwashed by gommermint over the years they believe what they know is false in their hearts, with nary a peep or second thought. Just bend over and take it yet again and again, by those that work “FOR YOU”.

Merrick Garland is showing us the danger of National Police Forces and why NO FEDERAL Law Officer should have any jurisdiction in Any State over any Citizen, except those holding political office. Federal Law Officers duties should be confined to things like Border Control, the expulsion of Illegal Aliens, and Political Corruption; like ballot box stuffing and stealing elections.
We are the United States of America, not the “Federal Bureaucrat State of America”. The Justice Department needs to be gutted to nothing more than being the Federal Governments Law Firm defending the Federal Government. The Justice Department should NEVER go offensive against citizens, that action is reserved to the States. The FBI MUST be the Federal Bureau of Investigation and have Zero Police Power. The States should decide if arrest and prosecutions are warranted. The United States of America was NEVER supposed to have power centralized in Washington, D.C. against The People and most certainly not against the Individual. Federal Law Enforcement has consistently subjected citizens to Double Jeopardy by trying citizens for crimes they were acquitted of at the State and Local levels to Federal Prosecution for the same act just because the Federal Law had a fancy name.
Merrick Garland has now shown us that Federal Police Forces can be so powerful that they can hold citizens in Gulags, without charges, for trival crimes, or even no crime, if they challenge or question the Government. Imagine the damage Merrick Garland could have caused on the Supreme Court?
Merrick Garland must be impeached on the first day of the New Congress in January 2023.
Let me get this right both FJB and Merrick garland former potential Supreme Court candidate; believe that the laws created by the Supreme Court and established under their guidance and interpreted the way the founding fathers intended they’re saying don’t follow the oath of office that they sworn to uphold. I believe they’ve immediately resigned their position based on them stating that they will not honor the obligation that they took. Not only that they swore took it they find it so under the Bible in front of millions of people or three people in a green screen as we all know. With that said,How can we all move forward when one cannot even define what a woman is like my three-year-old? I’m still confused are we at birth in person or a woman?
I’m not sure who anyone’s fighting for any more. We cannot define a woman how can we define abortion for a birthing person.
Further all the people saying my body my choice, woman’s right to choose. Woman are being forced to have men (yes dudes w junk or formerly junk) and lost their right to freedom of fair sports, right to choose and vaccines were forced on everyone including woman & men (there are only 2 sexes).
Here’s the real kicker everyone says you can’t change this because it’s been around for 50 years. Yet 2 days before you violated (senate and Congress) a long standing tradition since 1700’s on the 2nd, 5th and other constitutional rights.

On a more important topic any public servant (elected by the people- ha that’s a joke); if the swore to uphold the constitution and enforce the laws and they are not. Have they not already resigned / abdicated their position and we the people must replace them w those that will enforce the laws we the people support to break a multi-tiered corrupt justice system?
