Remember those 16 attorneys general who hoped to put climate deniers in jail? Well, they’re back! They are suing President Trump now, demanding he follow Barack Obama’s extreme environmental rules.
Leftist New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman is leading 16 state attorneys general in the lawsuit. They say people with asthma are being negatively affected by the delay in the far left EPA rules, Breaking911.com reported.
Any lie works for these people.
It’s “vital” that Scott Pruitt, the EPA administrator, stop delaying on Obama’s draconian rules, they say, to “save New Yorkers and Americans from dangerous pollution”.
We not only had to put up with a dictator for eight years, but his rules must live on. We’ll probably have to do what he says after he dies.
This is a frivolous lawsuit but that is part of the David Brock-George Soros plan to stop Donald Trump.

“According to the American Lung Association, over 115 million Americans – including 6.7 million, or one in three, New Yorkers – breathe harmful levels of ozone, which often travels far distances from other states with less stringent clean air regulations. The designations, which EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt recently delayed for one year, play a key role under the Clean Air Act in addressing smog’s serious threat to public health, triggering requirements for state-specific plans and deadlines to reduce pollution in the designated areas.”

There is zero evidence proving the climate is causing asthma or any of the other claims. There are too many variables.
Schneiderman joined with the leftist AG’s of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, and the District of Columbia.
As is typical of radical leftists trying to force their socialism down our throats, they are using faux humanitarian causes to convince people. They are using the children.
Schneiderman claims Obama’s rules will stop 316 to 660 premature deaths; 230,000 asthma attacks in children; 160,000 missed school days; 28,000 missed work days; 630 asthma-related emergency room visits; and 340 cases of acute bronchitis in children.
Remember what that despot Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island said about jailing deniers? This is who these people are.
