Arizona State Senator calls for recalling electors

State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-AZ) called for the Arizona electors in the 2020 presidential election to be recalled. She also called for a new election after seeing some preliminary results from the Arizona audit.

“I have heard enough. With the tens of thousands of ballots mailed without being requested, the over ten thousand people who voted after registering after November 3rd, the failure of Maricopa to turn over the 40% machines.

“The passwords that Dominion still refuses to turn over, and tens of thousands of unauthorized queries demonstrating how insecure the election was.

“I call for the Biden electors to be recalled to Arizona & a new election must be conducted. Arizona’s electors must not be awarded fraudulently & we need to get this right.”

Not everyone agrees.

ALAN DERSHOWITZ SAID THE ELECTION WAS NOT STOLEN

PRESIDENT TRUMP RESPONDS

Former President Donald Trump released a new statement concerning the Maricopa audit hearing in Arizona on Thursday. Trump acknowledged State Senator Wendy Rogers’ comments. She has been crucial in encouraging the Arizona audit and attempting to prevent DOJ “interference”.

The former president said “Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with ‘no clear record of them being sent.’ There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls after the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?) Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE.”

THE STATEMENT
THE ALLEGATIONS

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann held a public briefing on Thursday with the leaders of the ongoing election audit. The auditors’ update alleged that 74,000 absentee ballots lacked documentation, thousands of ballots were duplicated without proper documentation, and over 11,000 voters were not on the November election voter rolls, but showed up on the December voter rolls.

Dersh is never to be trusted. For example, in recent years he has insisted that Hillary should not be indicted, and that no one in the DOJ should be. In both cases, massive and undeniable crimes occurred. Thus, Dersh in not credible, does not believe in the law, but pretends to. He talks to get notoriety, but also to insulate himself from an elite backlash. Dersh wants it both ways, and any way that serves himself.

I question conservative outlets using Dersh as a source. In many cases, such as with Faux News, they play along with the narrative, to attract a conservative audience, but ultimately support the lawlessness. Dersh is another one of these “care bear” guests, to gain the admiration on viewers, then when he gets their trust, he pulls the rug out, he is so transparent.

So what if AZ declares the whole 2020 Election a Fraud and recalls their Senators and Representative for a new election? Will the SCOTUS say they don’t have that right?

The 17th Amendment creates the problem with attempting to unseat a Senator. Courts have issued such directives for State offices though.

I hope people are going down the rabbit hole of Trump can return to the White House if the electors are “recalled”. I’m not so sure even That is possible after Congress fulfills its role. I’ve heard Mike Lindell push that line recently. Once a President is sworn in that’s IT. There’s no turning back. The only Constitutional recourse to remove a President is impeachment.

The only way a President can be removed is by death while in Office, of course, or resignation as did Nixon. The actual Constitutional remedy is Impeachment. The 25th Amendment would actually be harder to execute in practice than the Impeachment clause, because all the President has to do say I can do my job and he’s back in charge and it then takes 2/3s of both Houses.

It was suppose to say, “I hope people are not going down….

The SC has made many rulings on matters not in the Constitution, there is no reason for you to express this limitation on a matter of such grave importance.

What evidence is Alan referring to. There has Yet to be a full audit in any election, and the Arizona is still in progress. One can “assume” it was a valid election but until audits are performed it remains an assumption.

If there are no issues then why fight the process. Considering the fervor from the local levels all the way to national figures, one can “assume” there could have been a widespread conspiracy among all the battleground states. Possibly via Dominion, or even Facebook who spearheaded such a conspiracy. Given what Zuck has said about Trump I certainly wouldn’t put it past him to be the main suspect. After all, he was the primary source that led to the irregularities, beginning with drop boxes and Money. Yes, I would say a National Conspiracy is quite likely.
