Army National Guard recruiting for internment/resettlement specialists to search/restrain

The National File reported, “The Army National Guard is actively recruiting for a job position called Internment/Resettlement Specialist.

Hirees, 17 years and up, will learn to search and restrain. That will go over well with all the white Republicans this administration plans to arrest as terrorists.

“Meanwhile, military documents show that the military can detain civilians here in America, including U.S. citizens.

“A leaked U.S. Headquarters of the Army document entitled INTERNMENT AND RESETTLEMENT OPERATIONS describes an official category of detained person called civilian internee. A Department of Defense Directive published below discussed civilian internees and made it clear that military detainees can be U.S. citizens.”

That will make it all so much easier for Merrick Garland who is preparing for something. He keeps putting out terror alerts on white conservatives and is hunting down parading ‘insurrectionists’ as we speak.

I don’t know how much if any to believe in this story but, yes, I suppose the military can detain civilians here in America, including U.S. citizens. But they may not. The Posse Comitatus Act prevents this.
US Code › Title 18 › Part 1 › Chapter 67 › § 1385
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
But then Biden, his crew and most Democrats in elected positions are a lawless bunch so they will throw out the Posse Comitatus Act along with our Constitution.

To presume that the left has any respect for the Posse Comitatus Act is to ignore all the violations of the government under the US Constitution in recent years. I just finished a trip by air to Colorado and found a TSA voucher in my wife’s and my suitcases when we got home stating that they had searched our bags. No warrant, probable cause and no protections for us from the fourth amendment. These people don’t care anything about the law unless it impinges on them.

From what I’ve seen so far, this has to do with the “Laws of Armed Conflict”. Applications in this area would be military prisons. Fort Leavenworth would be a prime example. The one document is essentially a “Field Manual” that has been around shortly after the Vietnam War. The Military, Or, the National Guard do not have any type of police powers, which the author seems to suggest. It’s another case where someone finds a document, maybe with some encouragement from questionable sources, and makes outrageous claims. It’s cases like this that strain the person’s credibility and will distrusted in the future.

Guard strong in a XXXXL BDU, meet up at the KFC, if there any Humvees left from the glorious victory in Afghanistan and bring a buffet line for these elite units.
Found an interesting page saying that leaving was never on the menu in the Graveyard Of Empires due to the rare earth minerals and the opium fields.
Meanwhile Russia is on the other side of the mountain range paying for their mineral extraction but they don’t have a faculty lounge in the former CCCP after learning the hard way about the workers utopia.

Something doesn’t sound right with this. It wouldn’t be the first time someone examined documents and construed them contrary to reality, such as Trump’s Executive Order on foreign interference in elections. Some were taking segments out and trying to apply that to give authorization to arrest people. In this case it sounds like it is contrary to current laws.
