Breaking Story! Evidence Hillary Ordered Emails to Be Stripped

Update at the end

This is a big story and it appears to be legit. A citizen journalist on reddit found a communication from one of the techs – Paul Combetta – who deleted Hillary Clinton’s emails after a subpoena was issued for the emails. It appears to prove he was ordered to do it by Hillary Clinton.

That is obstruction of justice if reddit messages are evidence and the email belongs to the technician who deleted her emails.

Combetta took the Fifth when called before Congress to testify. It was then that Congress learned he had an immunity deal even though he deleted Hillary’s emails despite later admitting to the FBI that he “was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s e-mail data on the PRN server”

Combetta was or is an employee of Platt River Network, the company that handled Hillary’s server and, at one point, put it in the bathroom closet..

He asked for help stripping or replacing a VIP’s email address. A political analyst picked up the reddit discussion from 2014 on reddit.

The link goes to the following. Combetta’s address at the time – 2014 – appears to be Combetta used that email in an online marketplace but that yet has to be confirmed.

Stonetear posted on reddit in July, 2014 to r/exchangeserver that a VIP customer requested they purge emails untraceable.

The reddit thread was deleted but archived and reddit users have access. In it, Stonetear asks:

“I may be facing a very interesting situation where I need to strip out a VIP’s (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email… Basically, they don’t want the VIP’s email address exposed to anyone, and want to be able to either strip out or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails we want to send out,” reads the post, by a user called “stonetear.”

“Does anyone have experience with something like this, and/or suggestions on how this might be accomplished?”

The Reddit message was sent on July 24, 2014, according to an archive of the page saved by other users. The day before, on July 23, the Benghazi Committee had reached an agreement with the State Department on the production of related records, according the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of the server.

The timing is very disturbing.

Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) issued a criminal referral asking the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia to investigate deletions from the server. This came out of a 58-page FBI report about the Clinton server.

The reason Chaffetz is investigating this is because no one else will. The FBI won’t do a thing.

The FBI’s report refers to an unnamed Platte River Networks technician who deleted an archive of emails from the server in March 2015 — after the House Select Committee on Benghazi had issued a subpoena for records relating to the 2012 attack on the Libyan outpost.

The FBI notes stated Clinton aide Cheryl Mills instructed Platte River to delete archived emails in December 2014 because Clinton didn’t need emails older than 60 days.

The technician forgot the request and between March 25 and March 31 of 2015, the technician “believed he had an ‘oh shit’ moment and … deleted the Clinton archive mailbox from the [Platte River Networks] server.”

Combetta has since been identified as the technician according to an anonymous law enforcement source and others speaking to the New York Times.

Clinton and Mills told the FBI that they had no knowledge of the technician’s deletion of the emails. The technician, according to the report, “was aware of the existence of the [Benghazi Committee] preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s email data on the [Platte River Networks] server.”

Chaffetz’s referral asks that the Justice Department investigate whether Clinton or her aides were involved in the decision to delete the archive when it was under subpoena and a request for preservation of records.

In the end, this won’t go anywhere. The FBI doesn’t care. Our government doesn’t care.

A House committee is investigating.

The is the definitive timeline of Hillary’s emails.

Update: 9/21/16: Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) had originally demanded transcribed interviews with seven Platte River Networks employees in July, but has been rebuffed. He is now demanding an interview with Clinton IT aides.

“If true, these details raise new questions as to whether Platte River Networks purposefully defied legal document retention requirements. Further, it is unclear if the Federal Bureau of Investigation was aware of these facts at the time of their investigation,” Smith wrote in a letter sent Wednesday.

“Additionally, I am concerned that Mr. Combetta may have made an attempt to delete relevant posts, including the post mentioned above, from his username just hours after reports initially surfaced on September 19, 2016, about his request for assistance on deleting email addresses from archived emails,” Smith wrote.

“This raises significant concerns that materials directly related to the Committee’s investigation and responsive to its outstanding requests are being actively destroyed in an attempt to conceal relevant information from coming to light,” Smith writes.

Smith threatened to issue a subpoena if the interviews with Combetta and Thornton are not scheduled by noon on Friday.

  1. This show a desire to alter the evidence, clearly prior to the decision to destroy the evidence. Thus the claim that the deletions were accidental or routine is discredited. The customer would request this. Otherwise, there is no reason the service provider would go to this trouble. This is circumstantial but powerful.

  2. Who cares. DC does not want anything done about this and nothing will come from this. There is no equal rule of law. There is no government by the people. Only government controlled by the few, for the few. What should scare everyone is the question “Do we really need all those mouths to feed?”
