In response to Jeff Sessions’ call for sanctuary cities to follow immigration law, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has pushed for a new identification card that would be used to make sure illegal aliens in the city can get welfare benefits with minimal risk of deportation.

City Clerk Anna Valencia, as a result of Rahm’s push, moved up the municipal ID’s time frame of one year to take care of those who are in the city illegally with taxpayer money. They will not ask immigration status and will require only the most minimal information about the recipient.
Illegal immigrants are not allowed to collect welfare under the law though their anchor babies can collect.
Ms. Valencia writes on her website, the ID will be “an optional, valid, government-issued ID that they can then use to access a range of services from both the private and public sectors.”
The Chicago Sun-Times reports it will only include the name and date of birth. They can designate any gender.
In other words, it’s an ID that doesn’t ID the holder.
It follows San Francisco’s and New York City’s lead.
We wouldn’t want the people coming here illegally to not get their freebies from the hard-working taxpayers.
Chicago is in danger of losing it’s exorbitant federal funding which added up to $5.3 billion in FY2016 thanks to taxpayers.
One million dollars has been allocated in the 2017 budget for the program. The first ID’s are scheduled to be issued by the end of 2017.
They don’t care if you don’t want to work to support foreigners. They don’t care if you want control of your borders. And most of all, they don’t care if you don’t want to protect the dregs of humanity who commit felonies and don’t even belong in this country. You have no say because they will vote for Democrats.
