WND published a newly re-discovered document detailing the plan to replace the populations of the Western nations. It was written 17 years ago in 2000, long before the recent uprooting of citizens from the Middle East and Africa.
We actually posted an article about it in 2011 but it drew little interest. People seem to think this is the stuff of conspiracies. It’s not. The PRB admitted there was a “flap” over it, but being social engineers, they deemed it necessary given their predictions of the decline in the population.
Milton Friedman stated the obvious in 2006. “We have collected from today’s young to pay today’s old and counted on tomorrow’s young to keep doing so. That was a fine scheme as long as the number of young people was rising faster than old people. When that ratio comes to an end, such a system also has to end.”
The left’s plan is to simply replace the populations because, along with money for the aged, they think they will find the new population more malleable to their ideological doctrines.
Replacing the populations with mass migration
The document, “Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Aging Populations?” describes the drop in birthrates in Europe and calls for the solution – mass migration.
Written by the U.N., which has no love-loss for the West, it explains the action as “necessary”. The goal is to take people from undeveloped nations and bring them to the developed nations so they can pay the taxes to support the elderly.
Targeted countries for replacement migration are the U.S., Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea and Russia.
This study was widely disseminated, pushed by the U.N., the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and open borders advocates.
According to U.N. documents, the meeting was attended by a host of government and non-governmental organizations and individuals, and it featured numerous policy proposals in support of “replacement migration.”

Attendees included the International Organization for Migration, a U.N. group that recently declared mass migration is not only “inevitable” but “necessary”; the U.N. Population Fund, a group dedicated to “family planning” and the spread of contraceptives; and the U.S. Census Bureau.
Two American experts were invited, Judith Treas, a sociologist at the University of California at Irvine, and Michael Teitelbaum, former vice president of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. They did not find it of benefit to the U.S. which already has one-in-five new Americans.
The people who don’t like Americans
Globalists like Bill Kristol, who pretend to be conservatives, are for the plan. He for one said recently that lazy Americans need to be replaced by immigrants. I’ve not found immigrants to be harder working than Americans and believe it to be a fallacy.
Socialists like Sen. Leahy insisted an amendment be passed declaring mass migration a “global human right”, as did Eric Holder.
George Soros and any number of Socialists who hate America and the West hope to replace our populations. The Obama administration was caught discussing it in 2015.
The USA country within a country to replace the West
The White House planned to legalize 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who were to then establish a “country within a country.”
Susan Payne, a contributor to WCBM, Baltimore and Co-Host of the Pat McDonough Radio Show, was in on the phone calls detailing the plans.
Unbeknownst to the Obama officials, Ms. Payne was invited to listen in on conference calls at an immigration rally. Cecilia Munoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and 16 members of the White House cabinet were on the first call. White House officials were on all three calls.
The “Task Force of New Americans” and the “Receiving Communities” are part of a plan by the Obama administration to develop a “country within a country” which will eventually form a new, and instantly fundamentally transformed United States.
The conference calls and meetings surrounding the task force made it clear Barack Obama was planning to legalize and protect 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then be moved onto citizenship.
What coming out of the shadows actually means
When these “new Americans” come out of the shadows, the communities in which they’ve been placed will be designated as “receiving communities.”
The “new Americans” are considered “seedlings” by the White House and the “receiving communities” are the “fertile ground” to nurture them, according to comments made during the meetings.
Citizens will then be pushed into the shadows as the “New Americans” come out of the shadows.
Anyone can see immigrants, including illegal immigrants, are getting benefits citizens don’t get.
One member of the task force said they will be forming a “country within a country”.
