Rush Limbaugh was discussing the Wikileaks CIA document dump Tuesday when he pointed out something that really raises some frightening questions. There is a CIA program called UMBRAGE that mimics Russian hackers!
“By the way, in the WikiLeaks dump today of thousands and thousands of documents from the CIA, do you know what is included? A little program called UMBRAGE,” he said. “What this program is, apparently the CIA has the ability to mimic Russian hackers. In other words, the CIA has the ability to hack anybody they want and make it look like the Russians are doing it.”
Would it be unfathomable to think some at the higher echelons of the Deep State, in Obama’s CIA, mimicked Russian hackers to set up Trump?
“Isn’t that interesting, given everything we’ve been told about the election? ‘The Russians hacked the election, that the Russians did this, the Russians did that.’ So far we don’t have any evidence the Russians did anything! But we have all kinds of supposition that the American deep state is deeply involved in whatever sabotage is being conducted on the Trump administration,” Limbaugh said.
There’s no evidence for anything really.
“The evidence the Russians were involved? Nobody’s got it. Everybody runs around and talks about it as though it’s a fait accompli, but there isn’t any evidence,” Limbaugh noted.
As usual, Trump’s instincts and timing are perfect. Is the leaker a supporter of Trump’s in the Deep State? Did Trump know something when he tweeted over the weekend?

If Russia wanted Trump to win, they are quite clever to pick someone who wants to make the USA more powerful, richer, and safer. The Russians are fooling everyone with that maneuver. Very tricky of them.
Not to become conspiratorial but this warrants discussion. With all the spying and all the reports and knowing this Russian conspiracy arose from the Clinton and Obama camps, there is not one iota of proof that Trump, his campaign people, or anyone tied to him worked with the Russians to defeat Hillary. And now we discover they have a program that can mimic Russian hackers.
It’s no more fantastical to say this is something planned out by the former administration than saying Trump colluded with Russians. In fact, knowing what we know of Obama, it’s a far more reasonable supposition.
Catherine Herridge said Monday that a surveillance order would come under Obama’s watch and it’s something he’s done before. The information leaked was at the senior-most levels and was apparently done for partisan purposes.
That it came from the people at the top of the Obama CIA is a key point.
