Democrats Open the Military Up to Infiltration by Foreign Enemies

Obama on his Trojan horse1

The Military Times article starts out saying, “A small number of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally will have an opportunity to join the military for the first time in decades under a new Defense Department policy unveiled Thursday.” The small number is 1500 a year to start and they will come from the ranks of the unvetted DACA.

He’s fulfilling Bill O’Reilly’s suggestion to build a mercenary army though I don’t think this is what Bill had in mind.

It dangerously expands an existing program allowing recruiters to target foreign nationals with high-demand skills, mostly rare foreign language expertise or specialized health care training.

Undoubtedly Arabic, Chinese, Russian will be examples of rare foreign languages. We know Spanish isn’t rare.

That would include Muslims and we know our army is PC. That’s how we got Nadal Malik Hassan who recently attempted to contact ISIS while on death row. He is facing death for the cowardly slaughter of 13 military and service people in Ft. Hood.

For the first time in our history, the program — known as Military Accessions in the National Interest, or MAVNI — will be open to immigrants without a proper visa if they came to the U.S. with their parents before age 16. More specifically, they must be approved under a 2012 Obama administration policy known as Deferred Action for Child Arrivals, or DACA.

Illegal children approved under DACA can be as old as 31 years of age. Some lie and make themselves younger so the 31-year age isn’t even held to. There are no real checks. It’s primarily based on an honor system.

Some DACA have already ended up in jail.

Do you see the potential for infiltration here?

Obama is going to use it as a way to legalize more of the illegals already here and who are pouring in but who will lie or have fraudulent documents produced to be covered under DACA. There is little punishment for fraudulent documents if caught.

In the article it states: “The new DOD policy may be the first phase of a broader government-wide effort to ease pressure on immigrants and create new paths to citizenship.”

Obama’s is “frustrated” the article says.

The army already recruits about 5,000 with permanent legal status a year. They will not recruit 1500 illegals to start.

The Air Force has accepted only a few and the Navy and Marine Corps have not sought MAVNI recruits in recent years.

The real problem is this:

The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

“I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.” (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

Can we expect illegals who have not been assimilated into this country’s values, have not been made to pass an American history test (not one devised by David Coleman), who have not been properly vetted through our legal immigration process, to swear allegiance to our country? Is the pledge as meaningful to non-citizens. Keep in mind that our administration is letting anyone and everyone come into this country.

At the same time, they are firing our experienced combat troops and officers.
