DHS Released Hundreds of Thousands of Convicted Criminal Aliens Into the U.S.

Barack Obama is going for the criminal illegal alien vote at the expense of freedom and safety.

He is lying about deportations of criminal aliens – they are not being deported. He is putting his ideology and hopes for the future of a one-party United States ahead of American’s safety.

Judicial Watch released 76 pages of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents which show that the Department of Homeland Security released 165,900 convicted criminal aliens into our neighborhoods throughout the United States. Judicial Watch obtained the information via a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

I.C.E. released another 36,000, bringing that number to over 200,000.

Crimes they have committed include homicide, sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, kidnapping, and aggravated assault. Some are more minor infractions and some are for drunk driving. We are getting some of the dregs of society, literally.

Homeland Security not only admitted the release, they justified it by saying the new policies don’t allow I.C.E. to detain them and their home countries don’t want them, therefore the solution is to free them onto our streets.

The Universal Free Press reported that from November 2013 to November 2014, there were more than 4,317 charges of child sexual abuse against illegal aliens in North Carolina alone. North Carolina is going through a massive wave of illegal immigration.

We refuse to even consider crimes they have committed in their home countries when releasing illegals.

Law enforcement agents testified two weeks ago before Congress that 60% of illegal crossings are successful, the border is not secure and agents are penalized for reporting groups of illegals larger than 20. The false narrative is that there is no problem with illegal crossings.

Arizona is one of the states currently suffering under the president’s open borders policies:

That is the tip of the iceberg according to Judicial Watch.

In a DHS “Overview of ICE” document marked “FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY,” the following figures are reported through April 26, 2014 [NOTE: “Final Order” indicates the illegal aliens were ordered to leave the country, but have not done so and remain free]:

  • Non-Detained Final Order Convicted CRIMINAL       165,950
  • Non-Detained Final Order NON CRIMINAL               706,950
  • Non-Detained Final Order TOTAL                              872,900

Sanctuary cities and Obama policies and local policies make it difficult to detain, almost impossible to deport.

Look at the total of non-detained from the ICE report referenced above, with more than 1.8 million not detained as of April 26, 2014:

In 2010, the grant program, known as the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP), doled out a total of roughly $400 million to about 850 cities to help defray costs of illegal immigration. It only covered about 18% of the costs, which includes welfare, education and incarceration. The Bureau of Justice Assistance program doles out money to states and localities for immigrants whose status cannot be verified.
