I prefer this site with or without ads. What I can’t stand is a site that won’t allow links to other articles to be posted. It’s like they’re too damn paranoid about sending a reader to another site…sorta like the liberal students not allowing a conservative speaker on campus for fear of losing one of their parrots.

One of those sites gives a bullshit notice that reads something like; “Help us publish your comment by removing remote content.”

What they mean to say is “Links to other sources are prohibited.”

Yeah, I like the look. Much cleaner. Your prioritization is still very clear.
Ads are like wrinkles. You’re gonna get ’em.

I like your new look. If I can continue to read the facts here, I’ll put up with the pesky ads.

It is fine.

The main thing is to keep the site lightweight, so that it works OK on different browsers and OSs, reloads quickly, does not stream junk all over the screen.

Your site is very usable.

I use mostly Linux, never Windows (intrusive, unstable).

Do you have any choice in which ads are on your site? I am at the point where I don’t trust anyone’s ads — are they for real, or are they fishing for information? And why are there so many duplicates? (Don’t see this so much on your site, but others will have the same ad side by side or shown six times in one article.) Overall, though, I like the new look.
