The Department of Justice is warning Gov. Greg Abbott that it will sue if Texas moves forward with legislation empowering state officials to remove people from the U.S. who they suspect of being in the country illegally.
The new legislation, which Abbott signed into law earlier this month, is unconstitutional and will disrupt the federal government’s immigration enforcement operations, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton wrote in a letter to the governor obtained by Hearst Newspapers.
Our own government is using our tax money to sue Texas for trying to close the border as millions of anonymous people pour in, people who are probably not coming to assimilate. This is the Twilight Zone. We’re watching our country be destroyed.
When they get into the country, the children are taught whites are inferior and evil racists, thanks to CRT and DEI.
Texas is now a majority-minority state of Democrats. Forty percent are Hispanic, many are illegally in the country, and 39 percent are white. There are 1 percent of black people in line with their representation in the population.
Many suggest that the new illegal aliens, most of whom are now men, will riot to gain a path to citizenship and will vote for Democrats because they are needy or worse.

A real man would defiantly protect Texas from the invasion, and ignore the feds. Abbott is not that person. He deliberately delays and tones down any action he takes.

Let’s sue the DOJ.
He is 100% justified, and is abiding in constitutional law by enforcing that the countries border is secure, and by arresting or repelling those that break the law.
The biden administration are the ones that have repeatedly violated constitutional law, at every avenue. They’re not fooling anyone but themselves.
Abbott has not yet secured the border.
Texas has by far the most traffic across the border, more than the other 3 states combined.
Theres considerably more border land in texas than any other state.
