Former President Trump asks for possible de-certification of the GA election

Former President Donald Trump sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State about the 43,000 absentee ballots allegedly counted without chain of custody. That makes them “invalid.” He asked Brad Raffensperger to ‘check this” and “if true” to “decertify the election.”

A report from the Georgia Star News might have been the impetus for his letter.

He criticized Secretary of State Raffensperger and Governor Kemp for not looking into this, saying “the truth must be allowed to come out.”

Given the fact that Joe Biden is ruling as a communist, maybe we should support any move to avoid election irregularities in the next election and those going forward.

At the same time, CNN is enthusiastic about Georgia district attorney Fanni Willis probing Donald Trump criminally for allegedly trying to overturn the election.

It seems clear Donald Trump only wanted to overturn the election if it’s illegitimate, which he believes it is.

No President, including Obiden who gained office through massive electoral fraud, is above the law and can be removed, prosecuted, and executed for openly participating in a conspiracy to defraud the people of the United States. The most serious charge is that Obiden and his horde of supporters are ChiCom agents and must be removed and dealt with in a manner well known for spies and saboteurs. For those who believe such an action should be “constitutional” then it may be best for a Republican House to appoint Trump Speaker so he can assume the Presidency after the arrest of Obiden and Harris and their trial by a special Patriot Court overseen by a Patriot judge appointed by Trump.

Here we go again with this Faux News echo chamber here. This is RINO country, never was before.

The election was clearly fraudulent. A state can withdraw its electoral votes as a procedural matter. Our corrupt congress will of course not act. Wow has this site gone downhill.

I sure hope he isn’t believing States can de-certify and Thus Biden is no longer President. Once Congress does their job, whether right or wrong, it’s a done deal. If Trump just wants to use it for campaign purposes, that would be different. There was no “right to vote” originally in the Constitution, which few realize.

Why don’t you hope for states and others to complete audits and further expose the illegitimate election instead of trying to ridicule Trump? A state can certainly withdraw its electoral votes. Trump did not say remove Biden and corrupt congress will act, you did. There is no campaign going on, that is at least 2 years away. The right to vote exists now, and it was usurped, but let’s make fun of Trump instead.

I only mentioned that because Trump almost suggested it in the past; and that’s Not ridiculing him. Sometimes he gets some ridiculous advice, like from Bannon. Maybe you should read more carefully. I’ve seen you post quite a bit and therefore You should Know how I view Trump.

You’re delusional. The States have every right under the USC to de-certify their Electors due to electoral fraud. You’ll find that out soon enough when AZ votes to de-certify theirs. Many other States will soon follow their example.

They can de-certify but that changes Nothing. There is no Constitutional, nor Statutory method to remove a sitting President apart from Impeachment by the House and “Conviction” by the Senate. What charge, related to the election, can be levied against Biden in Articles of Impeachment.

You can have Every State that Trump lost de-certify their Electors and nothing changes related to the Presidency. If it’s legally accomplished it would prove a Stolen Election, but there’s No recourse.

Mike Lindell may believe Trump can be re-instated, but read the Constitution. It’s pretty damn clear. Some have brought up about “State” rescinding an election, BUT, those offices are **not* governed by the specific Constitutional provision regarding Presidents . Therefore those situations do not apply.

Raffi is part of the fraud which is unraveling on him. Perhaps, a deal can be made. He turns in the evidence of how he was “forced” by the ChiComs to allow and defend the election fraud and Trump gives him a pardon after he is reinstated, but Raffi has to tell the whole truth and return the bribes he received from Dominion, Zucky and Gates and the other vermin who engineered and financed this massive fraud on the American people.
