Gallup Poll Finds Supreme Court’s Popularity Near Record Low

Just 43% of Americans approve of the way the Supreme Court is doing its job — almost a record low, according to a new Gallup survey conducted after the court’s most recent term. That’s due mostly to the low approval by Democrats at 15%.

The constant attacks by the administration are having an effect. The numbers reflect who is winning the cases. It is also a reflection of the non-stop attacks on Originalist Justices by Democrat senators.

Democrats are angry because they aren’t winning every decision.

Republicans are overwhelmingly happy with the court, but it’s underwater with Independents and a disaster among Democrats.

When Democrats were in charge in 2015, only 18% of Republicans approved of the Supreme Court. The difference is that Republicans follow their rulings and don’t try to destroy the Court.

Democrats were riled up over Roe v. Wade. All that decision did was turn it over to the people – the states. It never should have been a constitutional right. Let the people in the states decide. Even Justice Ginsberg thought Roe was an imperfect decision.

Overall, public approval of the Supreme Court has been below 50% since 2021, thanks to vile attacks by Democrats and the media.

Biden’s recent ridiculous Supreme Court reforms that violate the Constitution are meant to stir up the voting base. They want to terrorize them. Vote for Democrats so that another Originalist Justice will not be appointed.

Democrats want Justices who legislate from the bench. Republicans want Justices who follow the Constitution.

First off, the popularity of the Court is a non issue as their decisions are to uphold our Constitution and not today’s culture. Regarding my opinion of the Court, I believe Thomas and Alito are targeted because they’re the only 2 that make their decisions based solely on the Constitution and not their personal opinions. God, I miss Scalia who was succeeded by Gorsuch and is pretty good but I have doubts about Kavanaugh and Barrett. Roberts is a compromised back stabber. I see those to the left as regarding the Constitution as obsolete and irrelevant so rule according to their personal beliefs which are anything but conservative. Sotomayor makes a few good decisions but leans to the left. Kagan is fully to the left. I have been pleasantly surprised with a few of Browns decisions but she’s mostly to the left.

Who cares what polls say. Most Americans realize that the court has been left leaning for many years. Now there is a slight right tilt. Fortunately, that tilt is the only thing in the way of our government preventing Obama’s liberal plan to change our country forever. Look at the damage that has been done by the lower courts that Soros has managed to shove down our throats. God bless the Supreme Court and all the judges on its bench. And God bless our constitution.

No surprises here.
Some people want law and order and the constitution gives that structure.
Some people ant to do whatever the feel like ding without respect for others and so hate the constitution and its structure.
So do we want a government run by selfish people who will not follow the constitution, or do we appreciate the structure and our guaranteed rights and wat leaders who will follow the constitution and save us from tyranny?
Voting for Democrats is voting for tyranny and chaos.

Amy Conney Barett is also a DEI hire, Trump chose her because she was a woman, that makes 4.
