Gen. Mark Milley’s Instruction Manual on Rental Riots Using USAID

Mark Milley’s military put out an instructional manual that included directions for organizing a rental riot to destabilize a country and bring it to the negotiating table. They described a hypothetical psyop to destabilize a fictional African nation to make the workers in a Chinese factory angry, and bring down Chinese production.

In this scenario, the US swoops in with aid to pay striking workers they incited.

In the end, they’ll stop destabilizing the country for a deal. That’s allegedly a big US success story.

Read it here on page 11.

In the criminal world that’s called a shakedown. Does that mean that Milley is a criminal or something?

That sounds like the psyop Trump is using to get everyone worked up (stupidly) so we take over the Panama Canal and Greenland and Canada because CCP CCP CCP. Clearly, Trump is borrowing from the way General Milley was recommending “destablizing” a West African nation into action, Trump is turning China into a boogeyman to destabilized many areas Trump wants to influence or take over.

Hey propagandist, the manual exists. I doubt anything from you is ever clear.

Red China steals hundred of billions from us a year, even the WTO said so. Red China is trying to destabilize Taiwan, part of its plan of takeover.
