Gone, Slush Fund, Gone! USAID No Longer Gives Out Funds

As stated, Sec. Rubio affirmed that any programs American citizens fund must advance our nation’s interests. Considering the more than $715 billion in inflation-adjusted spending over the decades, it was apparent the US Agency for International Development (USAID) fell well below this standard.

USAID had decades to prove its worth, and didn’t. It became a wasteful slush fund. The era of government-sanctioned inefficiency is over.

Foreign assistance programs will be accountable to the American taxpayer.

In other words, USAID is no longer giving out funds.

Bu-u-u-t where will Act Blue and the DNC get their funding? Hopefully these will find that no one will contribute to their insanity, just as few real people actually vote for Democrats.

Rubio has really been stepping up. Seems to be enjoying his new role, while shedding his former image as a bit of a soft touch.
