GOP Meetings Bugged in Philadelphia, Recordings Sent to Unfriendly Media

Some unknown person(s) bugged the room Republicans were meeting in at the Loew’s Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The audios were then forwarded to left-wing media outlets like The Washington Post.

The media claims that the GOP ruined their own talking points but the issues the Republicans discussed on the tapes are concerns a number of Republicans have been voicing:

• The recordings show concerns about who may lose coverage or end up paying more if it’s repealed. Keeping premiums affordable for the middle-class families is a concern.
• They are conflicted about having a plan ready at the time of repeal.
• How to avoid damaging the health insurance market was a point brought up.
• They are worried about the political consequences of defunding Planned Parenthood.
• Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Tex.) said that a refundable tax credit considered by Republicans would be too hard on families who can’t afford to wait for the refund.
• Generating revenue and not raising taxes was another issue.
• Can states continue funding the expanded Medicaid patients and can other states do the same?
• Can Obamacare taxes be immediately repealed?
• Can they keep people currently covered on their coverage?

The concerns are mostly political.

Unfortunately, the former president took eight years to put 20 million people on subsidized or free healthcare at taxpayer expense. About 80 percent of the people on Obamacare exchanges are subsidized. Millions more were put on Medicaid with the promise of free money to the states for three years.

Obama embedded the concept that everyone has to pay for everyone else’s healthcare, including paying for things they don’t need or want. Even car insurance doesn’t demand as much as this bill does. So-called”benefits” like free condoms are now “rights” and “entitlements”. How can that be undone without a furious backlash?

The debate over whether the plan should be replaced at the same time as repeal has been very public and it was debated at these meetings.

One congressman suggested keeping the defundng of Planned Parenthood out of the healthcare bill.

Rep. John Faso (R-N.Y.), a freshman congressman from the Hudson Valley, warned strongly against using the repeal of the ACA to also defund Planned Parenthood. “We are just walking into a gigantic political trap if we go down this path of sticking Planned Parenthood in the health insurance bill,” he said. “If you want to do it somewhere else, I have no problem, but I think we are creating a political minefield for ourselves — House and Senate.”

Planned Parenthood can exist on its own. It’s a slush fund for Democratic candidates. Perhaps it should be dealt with separately and not associated with the new healthcare bill because it is very popular.

Republicans say they need Democratic cooperation to fully undo Obamacare and we all know they won’t get that.

Many do not want to use Harry Reid’s nuclear option otherwise known as the budget reconciliation process. They shouldn’t worry because Democrats used it and will use it again. They won’t get Democrats to work with them in any case.

The Republicans who claimed they would repeal Obamacare have had eight years but apparently never took any of this as seriously as we would have liked. Now they have orders to do it from a president who plans to get things done.

The Soros-Brock conspiracy is aimed at exploitation in the media. Almost 100% of their anti-Trump campaign is focused on media.

Loud protests have been held outside the hotel all week as the GOP met. Some of it is intended to frighten the GOP.

The carrying on in Philly is backed by deep-pocketed Democrats of the far-left who are bussing these young activists in.

Police said there were about a thousand protesters outside the GOP retreat in Philly on the 26th. It’s been like that every day and night except more and more are bussed in each day.

Much of it is driven by groups like DisruptJ20 and Hollywood actors. Chaos-creator and communist Michael Moore put this video clip on his twitter page.

The protesters are the same people we’ve seen at Occupy Wall Street, Ferguson, the Women’s March and elsewhere. It’s the revolutionaries and anarchists who want to control everything we do and put the peons on the dole.

The hard-left plans to protest every day and night and they hope to start riots in the summer. Republicans are running scared because they know what is at stake if they don’t play this right. Another reign of these Marxists and it’s over.

The protests/riots are meant to portray it as what happens in Trump’s America, but this is the Democrats’ America now.
