Gov. DeSantis: Congress Could Immediately Stop Rogue Judges

Gov. Ron DeSantis said Congress could immediately stop this lawfare by unscrupulous judges abusing judicial review to block the President’s agenda. The Florida governor wants to know why they don’t act.

Congress has the authority to strip the federal courts of their jurisdiction to decide these cases.

The sabotaging of President Trump’s agenda by “resistance” judges was predictable — why no jurisdiction-stripping bills tee’d up at the onset of this Congress? DeSantis asks.

It’s especially egregious given that most, if not all, of the judges have serious conflicts of interest.

Where the Hell is Congress? They are useless.

At a time when America needs leaders in congress to make President Trump’s executive orders law, we are stuck with a RINO (Thune) and a wimp (Johnson). It’s like Republicans are waiting for Democrats to regain majorities in both houses and tell them what to do.

Johnson is a pansy and won’t push to reign in rogue judges. I doubt Thune is any better.

Twirp Johnson will not act, other than in a slow and weak way. This is an emergency, leaders and men act in an emergency.

General statements like yours are disgusting slander. There are many Republicans, both elected and general members who work hard to make America great. Don’t blame all Republicans for the acts of some RINO’s. Ironic you say that in an article about DeSantis!

I agree, and the use of a sexual term is too common.

The RINOs lack integrity.

Congress is so disappointing at times. As Rush used to lament, nd I’m paraphrasing, even when we had all three branches of government, they never could get anything done.
