Guess Who’s Tied to Utah’s GOP Primary

Smartmatic Group, an electronic voting firm whose worldwide headquarters is located in the United Kingdom, will be running the online balloting process in the Utah Republican Open Caucuses on Tuesday.

The Wall Street Journal reported that it’s “one of the biggest online votes conducted so far in the U.S.” and the “largest experiment with online presidential voting since 2004, when Michigan allowed Democrats to vote in a party caucus via the Internet.”

The Journal further reported:

Utah residents will have the option of casting ballots in the Republican presidential contest using computers, tablets, and smartphones next week. …

Online “polls” will be open between 7:00 a.m. and 11 p.m. on March 22. Voters will get a receipt that will verify that their vote was recorded correctly. The state party declined to release the number of online voter registrations that it has received. …

“We expect all the jurisdictions across the U.S. to take notice and to look at this experience as something to study and, hopefully, follow,” said Antonio Mugica, founder and chief executive of Smartmatic Group, an election-equipment vendor that is running the Utah election.

“The chairman of Smartmatic’s board, Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, currently serves on the board of George Soros’s Open Society Foundation and has close ties to the billionaire.”

Utah did not cancel the contract upon hearing that and the Republicans must know about this.

Breitbart has the rundown of the extensive ties between the socialist/communist Open Society and this company that will count the votes. This is to say nothing of the fact that online voting will be rife with corruption and hacking.

The NY Times reported on Smartmatic International Corporation a while back. The international company builds electronic voting systems or automated election systems for the U.S.. Smartmatic also manages the automated electoral processes in Venezuela as well as other countries such as Brazil.

They couldn’t find a US company or a company that is not tied to and evil socialist planning the overthrow of the US capitalist system?

In 2012, an international company, SCYTL (Scytl Secure Electronic Voting), not owned by Soros, took over online U.S. voting systems. They have not only been connected to questionable activities, they have vulnerable software.

They provide services to many foreign countries, including France, Norway, Spain, India, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Britain, Mexico, Switzerland, Philippines and Finland. United Arab Emirates. Why can’t we find Americans to do this?

SCYTL does not include a paper trail so their accuracy cannot be checked. More concerning is that government election officials and computer programmers will be able to see how each citizen votes. A secret ballot is one of our most sacred rights.

There are many ways to corrupt the vote. Online voting has had poor results. Anything electronic or via email is problematic. The Chinese almost successfully hacked into our electronic voting systems in 2010. It’s not the only problem of course. The Democrats don’t want any voter ID.

How we vote remains in the hands of individual states but this is one way to change that.
