HUD Will Force Illegal Immigrants on Neighborhoods

LaRaza and other far-left groups are strongly backing a rule that will take effect in October which will likely end up forcing towns and cities to accept illegal immigrants among other “protected” classes of people.

Barack Obama is a believer in social engineering. This rule will give him the power to redistribute illegal immigrants, drug addicts, criminals, everyone who fits into a “protected class” according to the government’s definition throughout every neighborhood in the country and do it according to racial quotas.

LaRaza said that “Hispanic families often do not know their housing rights and have cited fear of deportation as reason for not reporting rights violations.” The majority of people who fear deportation are illegal, unskilled, poor, welfare recipients and they are coming into this country in the hundreds of thousands each month.

The housing rule passed July, 2013 ties government zoning rules to HUD grants and it opens communities up to lawsuits if they refuse their quota.

Every town and city that accepts federal block grants through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will necessarily abide by the rule change to the Fair Housing Act of 1968 passed in 2013.

Any town or city taking grants, starting in October, will see HUD come in and rezone entire areas that do not include enough affordable housing according to their standards and according to who they define as “protected classes” of people. Packets have already been forwarded to grant recipients.

The grants are a Trojan Horse.

The federal government – HUD – will influence zoning laws by providing set standards, guidelines, and goals to “measure” and “assess” how well a community is meeting its Fair Housing obligations. It works in conjunction with Obama’s neighborhood mapping and his ultimate goal of redistributing all the resources in every neighborhood in the United States.

HUD is mapping every neighborhood in the United States, providing details of the access minorities have to resources in stronger neighborhoods. This information will then be used to redistribute investments and resources.

HUD’s fair housing regulation is aimed at helping communities understand “fair housing barriers” and to “establish clear goals” for “improving integrated living patterns and overcoming historic patterns of segregation.

HUD plans to provide data for every neighborhood in the country listing the access minorities have to local assets such as schools, jobs, transportation, and other neighborhood resources that help bring people into the middle class.

They want to provide “fair” housing for all.

HUD will develop long-term solutions to help “people gain access to different neighborhoods,”…”channeling investments into under-served areas.” The mapping tool may guide development and zoning decisions as one example.

It’s affirmative action for housing. They even call it the “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule”. The only problem is affirmative action was always reserved for Blacks whose ancestors were slaves in this country. The people who will benefit now are illegal immigrants, many are criminals – as many as 25% are lawbreakers according to The Center for Immigration Research. Every one of them broke the law coming into this country and now we will redistribute the wealth of our neighborhoods to them.

It is an outright attack on the suburbs as Rep. Gosar recently said. He also said to expect racial quotas.

Obama has given out $3.8 billion in grants to date to 1200 municipalities. They will all be subject to zoning changes and the consequent redistribution.

There is an amendment to the Transportation HUD and Related Agencies Act of 2015 added by Rep. Gosar (R-AZ) to keep HUD from implementing the rule but the Democratic Senate will keep their version of the bill, presented by Mike Lee, from passing.

HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan said, “Make no mistake, this is a big deal. “With the HUD budget alone, we are talking about billions of dollars. And as you know, decades ago, these funds were used to support discrimination. Now, they will be used to expand opportunity and bring communities closer to the American Dream.”

The government wants to determine how neighborhoods grow and who benefits.

After all, you didn’t build that and spreading the wealth is good for everyone.

Remember what Barack Obama told Joe the Plumber?

“It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance at success, too… My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody. If you’ve got a plumbing business, you’re gonna be better off […] if you’ve got a whole bunch of customers who can afford to hire you, and right now everybody’s so pinched that business is bad for everybody and I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

This will turn into a massive social justice plan to establish economic equality of all members of society no matter who earns it. Social justice requires the government collect the peoples’ money and distribute it evenly to everyone.

Obama believes that money is collective money and the government is in the best position to manage and distribute it.

Socialism is a system of social organization in which private property and the distribution of income are subject to social control; also, the political movements aimed at putting that system into practice. Obama is probably beyond socialism but this is the least of it.

Barack Obama was very clear about his intentions in 1998. Check out the video.

I actually agree with this whole idea. When you group low-income housing together you create a crime zone. Low income housing should be dotted around the City so no one areas is impacted more than another. Also, crime will go down when local residents who move into these neighborhood have better schools and facilities. If you don’t believe me, go visit some of the schools in the poor neighborhoods and you will be shocked! No way would you let your kids attend a school in a neighborhood like that! In order to break the cycle of poverty and crime, this law is necessary.

Crime causes poverty, and culture causes crime.

If a certain culture is very crime-prone, they will soon drive out all legitimate business and the people who support and are employed by these businesses. This is how certain areas end up with high unemployment, so-called “food deserts”, and poor schools and public services which are now sapped of tax revenue.

When criminal elements are forced into otherwise prosperous and law-abiding communities, any attempt to curb the effects are neutralized by the same old race cards, ACLU lawsuits and media bleeding-heart stories. The only option left to those who don’t want their lifestyles destroyed is to move somewhere that the parasites haven’t ruined.
