While Barack Obama is selling the false tale that Al Qaeda is on the run and a U.S. removed from the world stage makes us safer, Al Qaeda is preparing a massive attack on the U.S. They even advertise it in their propaganda/bomb instruction manual – Inspire magazine.
In a past issue of Inspire, the United States was described as the snake’s head. They see us as the main target.
The magazine has often referred to our profligate spending. They see soft targets as a way to ruin our economy and, when combined with the exorbitant spending, they believe it will destroy us.
Yemen is a hotbed of terrorists and it is home to Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, a group as dangerous as ISIS or IS.
Obama wants to close GITMO and is willing to release terrorists who can orchestrate these attacks. There are 127 terrorists in GITMO and 81 are Yemeni. They are al Qaeda. Obama will release them or most of them if Congress can’t stop him.
One-third of the terrorists in GITMO return to the battlefield but the numbers will grow because the remaining prisoners are the worst of the worst.
The Taliban demanded that the five Taliban terrorists exchanged for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl be released to our new friends in Qatar because they would be freed by Qatar, a nation that sponsors terror.
Al Qaeda is the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) has taken credit for the attack on Charlie Hebdo.
The second attack in Paris by Amedy Coulibaly was, by his own words, committed in the name of ISIS or IS.
There is no question that al Qaeda and IS sometimes work together.
Since the CENTcom takedown on Twitter and youtube, the Twitter accounts of the jihadists have discussed planting computer viruses.
Obama is going to issue cyber security executive orders but they could end up limiting the freedoms of Americans more than they will keep the country safe.
Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula publishes Inspire magazine.
In their most recent edition of Inspire magazine, they claim to have a bomb that is undetectable and which they have only recently gotten the go-ahead on. They add that they have more effective bombs.
The 13th issue of Inspire magazine is entirely devoted to “jihad on America” and encourages targeting major American figures as well as Western commercial airliners.
The magazine gives step-by-step illustrated instructions on how to construct a homemade, portable bomb inside a 17cm plastic water bottle case.
Prior issues have included detailed instructions on making a car bomb and a pressure cooker bomb.
Their most famous article was titled, “How to Build a Bomb in the Kitchen of your Mom.” It described how to make a pressure cooker bomb and it was the guide used by the Boston bombers.
Inspire magazine began in 2010 by a descendent of Pakistani parents who grew up in New York by the name Samir Khan. He once wrote that America was immoral and when he saw a couple fornicating near church steps, that was it. He became a jihadist.
He was droned in 2011 in Yemen with Amwar al-Awlaki, another American citizen.
There is no shortage of madmen who can write for the magazine which has a two-fold purpose: to spread propaganda and to teach would-be Lone Wolf terrorists how to do the most damage.
They have given detailed information on making bombs which the Tsarnaev Brothers used in Boston. Details on making car bombs with possible targets are in most issues.
They take speeches by Mr. Obama and use his words to supposedly show that America knows it’s evil and has admitted it.
For example, in last spring’s edition, they put together an imaginary interview using Obama’s actual words.
This is an excerpt:
Q. To begin, do you believe your regime plays clean and fair in this war?
A. I believe we compromised our basic values by using torture to interrogate our enemies, and detaining individuals in a way that run counter to the rule of law.
Q. Do you believe your vicious war against Islam and Muslims will end someday?
A. This war, like all wars, must end. That’s what history advises. That is what our democracy demands. [The writers rail against democracy and capitalism as evil throughout their magazines.]
Q. Do you care about the Muslim civilians that American drones kill?
A. It is a hard fact that U.S. strikes have resulted in civilian casualties, a risk that exists in all wars. For the families of those civilians, no words or legal construct can justify their loss. For me, and those in my chain of command, these deaths will haunt us as long as we live, just as we are haunted by the civilian casualties that have occurred through conventional fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The cover of the new Inspire issue is of a commercial airliner whose undercarriage is being blown up. According to a SITE Intelligence report, the magazine states that it is “committed to arm Muslim individuals — as well as Muslim groups.”
In “The Hidden Bomb,” a 20-page section of the magazine, the writer goes into painstaking detail about how to build and test such a bomb: “For several months, we conducted a number of experiments. As a result we came up with these simple materials that are readily available around the globe, even inside America. We spared no effort in simplifying the idea in such we made it ‘another meal prepared in the kitchen’ so that every determined Muslim can prepare.”
The magazine encourages bombs being used against American Airlines, Delta, United, and Continental, preferably over U.S. soil. It gives details on the best location and the best altitude at which to detonate the device.
Their secondary choices for targets are British Airways, Easy Jet, Air France, Air France KL. Their first priority is the U.S. followed by Britain and then France.
They claim the bomb can be hidden in a part of the body not covered by pat-downs and which is undetectable by dogs and detectors.
The magazine also suggests killing financial leaders like Ben Bernanke and Bill Gates. They say that if these “wealthy entrepreneurs” stop investing in America, they will not be targeted.
The magazine mentions Obama’s strange contention that they are not Islamists.
Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, is viewed by security experts the world over as the pre-eminent architects of technologically advanced IEDs. They frequently boast that the U. S. has never been able to repel against these weapons.
