Jim Baker reviewed the “Twitter files” and scrubbed them after Elon Musk explained Matt Taibbi would take a detour and report on his involvement. Remarkably, Baker did it brazenly without Elon Musk’s knowledge or permission.
The FBI will probably promote Baker and give him an honorable service award.
CEO Elon Musk quickly escorted Baker out of the building on Tuesday after he intercepted the Twitter Files before they could get to Taibbi. He erased references to the FBI.
Matt Taibbi said FBI counsel James Baker was “vetting” the Twitter files before anyone could see them, and that’s what caused the delay on Friday.
Twitter’s former top attorney James Baker was formerly an FBI attorney who passed on fake dirt from the Hillary campaign’s operatives in 2016, alleging a secret online portal from Russia’s Alfa Bank to Trump. Now attempted to shape the “Twitter Files.” https://t.co/uVbUX3Rdze

We need to start hurting these people for their despicable actions! Dragging this guy through court for 10 years would be a good start since Musk has the… Read more »
Used to be that people caught in similar situations were turned over to professional torturers, or the firing involved real fire.
Corporations aren’t allowed to delete emails and files. There’s a reason for that and it’s criminal ~ a big fat crime. Don’t expect the DOJ to enforce it, check the state this occurred and let the state arrest him on charges instead.
That was so brazen, he was desperate. The chances of detection were great. Twitter is not the FBI, where his actions would be unchecked. Maybe he was “assigned” to do that, like a mafia boss ordering a hit. These folks operate like a criminal gang. It’s likely he was in contact with his allies the whole time and working against… Read more »
