Joe Biden’s Criminal Niece Caroline Gets Away with a $100K Credit Card Scam

Caroline Biden, the criminal niece of former Vice President Joe Biden, bilked  a New York City pharmacy out of over $100,000. She’s getting an out of jail free pass and you know why. It’s not even her first brush with the law.

The Daily Mail reported that she didn’t go to jail despite her larcenous conviction. The Manhattan liberal court spared her. Even if she does it again, she won’t go to jail.

The blonde thief borrowed (borrowed?) a credit card, set up an unauthorized customer account at Bigelow Pharmacy in Greenwich Village and ran up the six-figure bill for a year.

The well-connected 29-year old pled guilty to grand larceny and petit larceny. She will make restitution. of $110,810.04. Why not jail and restitution? You know the answer and his name is Joe.

If she makes restitution and stops stealing, the grand larceny becomes a misdemeanor and she gets off with two years probation.

If she doesn’t follow the requirements, she still will not go to jail, she’ll get five years probation.

The isn’t her first offense. In 2013 she attacked a police officer. They had to strap her down to get her out of her apartment.

Spoiled brat Caroline Biden being carried out after attacking a police officer.

She was arrested for harassment, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice after she got into a fight with a roommate over rent.

She also uttered to police while she was arrested: “I shouldn’t be handcuffed! You don’t know who you’re doing this to!”

She didn’t serve jail time for that either after agreeing to enter some kind of treatment program. She showed up in court with a black eye after a fight with a housemate.

Listen to the garbage excuse in 2013: ‘The pressure of being Joe Biden’s niece made her totally unravel. it’s a desire for attention, a cry for help,’ socialite Paul Johnson Calderon told The Post.

We should all be so unfortunate. We all would have been in jail also.
