Several movie stars recorded a just released video that promotes the nuclear deal, claiming it’s the deal or war. Apparently, we need to make a deal that paves the way for a nuclear weapon in ten years, conventional weapons in four and ICBMs in eight. What makes the deal even worse are the secret side deals that the administration has at times denied even existed. They have been agreed to without John Kerry knowing what’s in them.
John Kerry said he doesn’t know what’s in the side deals though Susan Rice said she does. The American public will never know what is in it even though it covers the most serious issues. Susan Rice, however, said it will be shared with Congress.
One agreement covers the inspection of the Parchin military complex and the second details how the IAEA and Iran will resolve outstanding issues on possible military dimensions of Iran’s nuclear program.
Parchin is the location suspected of carrying on most of the work on nuclear weapons.
During today’s testimony, John Kerry said this:
He doesn’t know about that?
Kerry, remarkably, also admitted Tuesday that they can still kill Americans and Israelis under this nuclear deal.
The full text of the Iran nuclear deal can be viewed on Scribd and if you go to page 19, you will see that, despite promises the deal is for the long term, it can be ended with about 35 days notice. It’s not a ten year deal because Iran or the U.S. can get out of it in little more than a month but by then, Iran will have their $150 million and will be that much closer to having the bomb and ICBMs fitted with nuclear warheads. The one bit of leverage we had were the sanctions but the EU, Russia and China will remove them within the next three months.
There is also an arbitration board and outside of it being called an Advisory Board, there are no details on who will be on it or how it will operate.
I’ve mentioned in several articles that the U.S. is committed to protecting Iran’s facilities as they build their bomb.
The deal has the United States working with Iran to protect their nuclear facilities.
On page 142 of the JCPOA it states:
Co-operation in the form of training courses and workshops to strengthen Iran’s ability to prevent, protect and respond to nuclear security threats to nuclear facilities and systems as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems [boldface added];
Co-operation through training and workshops to strengthen Iran’s ability to protect against, and respond to nuclear security threats, including sabotage, as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems.
Incredibly, Kerry even admitted to Congress that the U.S. will now protect Iran’s nuclear facilities.
Kerry’s response doesn’t instill confidence – he appears asea.
Congressman Zeldin actually talked about the Constitution!
