Open borders groups in the crime-ridden Democrat strongholds of Chicago and Philadelphia won in their war against America’s federal laws Friday.

The “sanctuary cities” of Chicago and Philadelphia protect criminals and transnational gangs at all costs. These criminals are using the city as a stronghold and a place to gain new recruits.

ICE MAY NOT USE THE POLICE DATABASE IN PHILADELPHIA

In sanctuary city Philly, Democrat loon Mayor Jim Kenney announced that he won’t renew a contract that had allowed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities access to the city’s law enforcement database, known as PARS.

“I cannot in good conscience allow the agreement to continue,” the mayor said at a press conference, arguing that ICE had been abusing the database by using it to conduct investigations and lock up those in violation of America’s federal immigration laws.

“All of us have ancestors who were once immigrants,” he added. “All of us.”

These are CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS he’s referring to. He has no conscience, won’t follow the laws, and he’s playing to his criminal base for votes.

Every crime committed by his protected class is on him but he will never be held to account. These judges are criminals as well. They are making a mockery of our laws.

Sessions should start arresting these people.

BIG WIN FOR OPEN BORDERS IN CHICAGO

U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber ruled that the Department of Justice may not withhold grants from the city as punishment for its refusal to abide by federal immigration laws, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. This ruling made his last ruling permanent.

Last year Chicago sued the Department of Justice after Attorney General Jeff Sessions warned grants would be withheld if sanctuary cities continued to violate the law.

We have a lot of ACLU-commie type judges in office who legislate from the bench and who literally protect criminals. They side with the criminals and the open borders groups.

Lienenweber won’t allow grants to be withheld. He is trying to apply his ruling to every jurisdiction. However, at least one court said it can only apply to Chicago.

What is wrong with the people in Chicago?
