Meta Whistleblower: FB Gave All Our Data to the CCP – Updated

During a hearing today, Sen. Josh Hawley grilled a whistleblower, former Meta executive Sarah Wyn-Williams. He questioned her about Facebook’s ties to the Chinese Communists.

If she is accurate, what CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his executives said about these ties in the past were untrue. In other words, he perjured himself before Congress.

Hawley: “Here in this document, Facebook is talking about making Chinese user data available to the Chinese government because they’re going to store that data in China. Is that correct?”

Williams: Correct?

Hawley: “But when you store that data in China, Americans who exchange messages or other information with Chinese Facebook users, that would mean the Chinese government could get access to the American data as well. Is that correct? Through the pop servers?”

Williams: “Potentially, yes,

Hawley: “And Facebook was willing to take that risk.”

Williams: “Yes, there was a lot of discussion about this. And ultimately, yes.”

Hawley: “I mean, this is, this is extraordinary. This is exactly contrary to what Facebook has represented for years here. They’re willing to build data centers, store data in China. They are willing explicitly to give the Chinese government access to it, and if that means that American user data is also compromised, they’re willing to do that too, all for profits in China. There was virtually nothing they weren’t willing to do.”

Watch:

Facebook briefed the CCP on artificial intelligence. This sounds very serious.

Mr. Zuckerberg has censored on behalf of China.

Perjury?

Update: Clips at the end were added after publications.

BFD! If anyone’s surprised that China spies on its citizens and logs all their chats, and that if you’re chatting with that Chinese national, you’re chats will also be logged by the Chinese military, then you gotta stop watching The View.

BTW: our own gov does that same, even to congress and the president.

Some of us have the self-confidence and good sense to avoid social media – ALL social media, like the cultural plague it is. It’s a societal cancer.

I don’t need fecesbook for “Likes” from people I’ll never meet or ever know. Don’t need any of the rest of it either. Anti-social? No, not at all. I just don’t play with fire.

Someone wants to communicate with me on the web, email works just fine. But strangers don’t have my email, you may say. And I say, what’s wrong with that? That’s how it’s supposed to work. You talk to people you know.

And no, CCP does NOT have my data. I like it that way. YMMV

I would no more subscribe to Farcebook that take the Covid poison jabs. But then, China already has my private information being that, as a DOD federal employee, Obongo handed it to the CCP, and even admitted it.

Behind every dirty social media thug is a Deep State operative telling them what to do and a fraudulent USAID grant that is funding them big money to do it. Zucker-butt is a traitor who needs GITMO for life…or executed for spying.

So I hope we get to find out who these Americans are/were talking to potential Chinese spies through Face Book. That’s what we are really talking about here isn’t it? Are these Americans traitors or is Zuckerberg allowing the Red Chinese to steal poor unsuspecting American’s data? You can spin this story either way or both ways.

Next we’ll find out the IRS stores all our data in China. But someone got rich and that’s all that matters. /s
