Mueller Crosses Redline, His Witch Hunt Has Moved Into Trump’s Finances

A day after President Trump told the NY Times that Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigating his finances will cross a redline, Bloomberg News is reporting that the probe has been expanded to Trump’s business dealings and that of his associates.

Newspapers reported only yesterday that Trump “warned” Mueller not to cross the redline by investigating his finances. That’s not what Trump said actually. This is what he said:

“I think that’s a violation. Look, this is about Russia,” Trump said when asked whether Mueller will have crossed a red line by broadening the investigation to include Trump’s companies.

According to Bloomberg, investigators are now looking into various real estate transactions involving Trump’s companies and wealthy Russians. Trump’s sale of a Florida mansion to a Russian oligarch in 2008 is of interest to investigators, according to Bloomberg. So is a SoHo real estate development deal between Trump Organization and Bayrock Capital, a real estate firm managed by Felix Sater, a Russian-American developer convicted of securities fraud in the 1990s.

Mueller is also reportedly looking at Trump’s dealings with Russian oligarch Aras Agalarov. Agalarov paid Trump $20 million to host the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow.

Agalarov and his son are currently under scrutiny because of their involvement in the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower hosted by Donald Trump Jr.

Looks like a witch hunt more than a probe

Robert Mueller has appointed 14 attorneys that are tied to the Democrats in one way or another to investigate Trump and his team.

Mueller is not an impartial investigator. As a friend of Jim Comey’s, Mueller had a conflict of interest right from the get-go. Jonathan Turley wrote about it in June.

Who could survive this kind of scrutiny that Trump is getting from what amounts to a fishing expedition?

And who is leaking this? How did the NY Times know the day before?

Rand Paul went full-bore on the witch hunt!
