Washington Post: Obama Judge David J. Hale in Louisville ruled Friday that a lawsuit can proceed against Donald Trump and other defendants for “inciting violence” at a rally, rejecting his free speech argument. Trump is being sued for creating “an atmosphere of violence” by saying “Get them out” after three radical demonstrators disrupted a rally.

Two women and a man say they were shoved and punched by audience members at Trump’s command. Trump pointed at the protesters and repeated “get them out.”

“It is plausible that Trump’s direction to ‘get ‘em out of here’ advocated the use of force,” the judge wrote. “It was an order, an instruction, a command.”

Plaintiffs Kashiya Nwanguma, Molly Shah and Henry Brousseau allege that they were physically attacked by several members of the audience, including Matthew Heimbach, Alvin Bamberger and an unnamed defendant they have yet to be able to identify.

One of the people pushing is accused of being a white nationalist and at least one victim is black. All of that will be part of the trial.

The victims shouted “Black Lives Matter” repeatedly. Black Lives Matter is a hate group.

The judge said that what had to be endured during this election was too much.

The one woman was definitely pushed and shoved as can be seen in the video. The Korean War vet in the video says he was pushed first.

There are some other cases we need to pursue like the following.

It was only recently that former attorney general Loretta Lynch called for blood on the streets for the cause.

These people also need to be put on trial.
