One-Sided Conversations About Race Must End

O’Reilly and Limbaugh have been addressing some serious issues plaguing the Black community. O’Reilly has been trying to get Sharpton and others on his show to have a “conversation” about it, but they won’t come on.

The leaders in the race industry will let nothing interfere with their continued victimization of the Black community.

O’Reilly and Limbaugh received an indirect response from Al Sharpton on his MSNBC show, “Politics Nation.”

During “Politics Nation” on Wednesday, Sharpton played a clip of Limbaugh talking about white guilt on his radio show, saying, “If any race of people should not have guilt about slavery, it’s Caucasians.”

Hello, Al, you bigot, I have no guilt about slavery, neither I nor an ancestor every had slaves, nor would I.

Al on the other hand is enslaving his own people by continually telling them they are victims.

Sharpton responded to O’Reilly with this:

“Bill O’Reilly last night on his show, he returned to his favorite argument that the real problem in America is the black family,” Sharpton said. “[Right wing hosts] will not deal with the question of inequality. They only want to deal with anything other than the fact that we still have a challenge of racial injustice and profiling in this country.”

Sharpton chooses to ignore the facts: over 70% of Black children are born to mothers not married to the baby’s fathers; Blacks also have the highest abortion rates of any race; though they are 13% of the population, Blacks account for 50% of the murders in this country; 93% of Black youths are killed by other Blacks.

Racism does exist and it comes from all sides of the equation, but when you have a Black president who broke the biggest glass ceiling in the world, don’t tell me Blacks are so marked they can’t achieve.

If Sharpton and Jackson and the others want a conversation, let’s have a complete conversation!
