Yesterday when news of the Russian terror attack hit the airwaves, a BBC reporter said he thought Putin arranged the attack to distract from recent criticisms of him as corrupt. Maybe the crazy leftist Noam Chomsky got his cues from that because he said the same thing about Trump.
Chomsky was on the hard-left Democracy Now to hawk his new book.

Linguist and leftist author Noam Chomsky says that if Trump continues to fail at blaming immigrants and Muslims for the country’s problems, the next logical step would be for the Trump administration to stage an “alleged terrorist attack.”
Chomsky believes in open borders with hard-working Americans supporting them to whatever degree they require.
“Sooner or later this con game is not going to work,” the extremely boring professor said about Trump. “People will understand he’s not bringing back jobs, he’s not going to recreate the partly illusory, partly real picture of what life was like in the past with manufacturing jobs, and a functioning society where you can get ahead — he’s not going to create that.”
He must have mistaken Trump for a Democrat.
