Pepsi, PayPal, BMW, Doritos, Adobe join the FB boycott to silence the right

Advertising agency Goodby Silverstein, owned by the Omnicom Group, has announced that it intends to join the ”#StopHateForProfit” campaign and pull advertising from Facebook next month. They are the first ad agency to join up.

The agency’s clients include the likes of BMW, HP, PayPal, Pepsi, Doritos, and Adobe.

Ben & Jerry’s, The North Face, and Patagonia are also backing the campaign.

Last week, a group of six organizations, including the Anti-Defamation League, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Sleeping Giants and Color of Change, called on Facebook advertisers to halt their spending on the social media platform during the month of July. They’re asking large brands “to show they will not support a company that puts profit over safety,” CNBC reports.

“We will join #StopHate4Profit and stop posting on @Facebook for the month of July,” Goodby Silverstein said via Twitter.

BASICALLY BAN ANYONE WE THINK IS AN OPPONENT

“We are taking this action to protest the platform’s irresponsible propagation of hate speech, racism, and misleading voter information. We encourage clients and our own people to join us.”

Translation of the aforementioned quote: ban conservatives and Trump information and ads. They won’t accept any Trump ads.

All of the people involved are far-left. Corporations want power and can get it with far-left Democrats and their cronyism.

Boycotts are wholly un-American. U.S. corporations should not be political, but they are and are often in bed with our enemies, including China. This isn’t capitalism or the free market, it’s crony socialism.

Notice how no one is complaining about the riots? They only complain about the one man who talks about law and order. The organized riots are meant to unseat President Trump.

It is always hate speech when u don’t agree with it.

Then, all of these brands should be boycotted. Corporations do not govern this nation–the people do. We don’t want corporate America dictating our culture.

See, the problem with regulating “hate speech” is, who will be the arbiter OF that “hate speech”?
What YOU call hate speech may be my normal content.
And what you deem “proper” may inflame my sensibilities.
So, who’s standard is used?
If you believe that there is speech that must be silenced, then you are NOT a proponent of FREE SPEECH.
You must be willing to defend with your life, the right of someone to say that which you would spend a lifetime opposing.
THAT is free speech.
