Aging star Johnny Depp showed up at the annual Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England Thursday and asked when was the last time that an actor assassinated a president.
“I think he needs help and there are a lot of wonderful dark, dark places he could go,” he said, referring to Trump.
“It is just a question – I’m not insinuating anything….When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?”
The last time of course was when John Wilkes Booth assassinated President Abraham Lincoln.

The 54-year-old accused wife-beater then said he wants to clarify, he’s not an actor, but someone who “lies for a living.”
“However, it has been a while and maybe it is time,” he concluded.
Depp’s words were greeted mostly with cheers from the 1500 people assembled. He then went on to introduce a 2004 film. Some still-civilized people booed.

He recently took on the appearance of Donald Trump to star in ‘Funny or Die’s’ bomb of a flick, The Art of the Deal. It’s a nasty satire meant to ridicule Trump. However, it ended up saying more about the actor and the writers as failures.
Not everyone thinks it’s funny
